Troubleshooting
- **No Display on TV**: Ensure the HD cable is securely connected to both the TV Box and the TV. Check that the TV is set to the correct HDMI input source. Try a different HDMI port or cable if available.
- **No Internet Connection**: Verify that your Ethernet cable is properly connected or that your Wi-Fi password is correct in the network settings. Restart your router and the TV Box.
- **Remote Control Not Responding**: Check the batteries in the remote control and replace them if necessary. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV Box's IR receiver.
- **Applications Crashing/Freezing**: Try restarting the application. If the issue persists, clear the app's cache and data in the Android settings (Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Cache/Clear Data). As a last resort, consider a factory reset (Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data), but be aware this will delete all personal data and installed apps.
- **8K Video Playback Issues**: Note that for 8K video playback, your video sources, TV, and the 8K HD cable (purchased separately) must all support 8K resolution. Ensure all components meet the 8K standard.
User Tips
- **Optimize Performance**: Regularly clear the cache of frequently used applications to maintain smooth performance.
- **External Storage**: Utilize the USB ports or TF card slot for expanding storage for media files or applications.
- **Wireless Mouse/Keyboard**: For easier navigation and typing, consider connecting a 2.4G wireless mouse and/or keyboard.
- **Privacy Settings**: Android 13 offers enhanced privacy protection. Review your app permissions and privacy settings periodically to ensure your data is secure.
