5. Setup and Installation

5.2. DAB Antenna Installation (If applicable)
For optimal DAB+ radio reception, install the DAB antenna as follows:
- Disassemble the plastic border of the right window.
- Remove the protective paper from the black film and transparent film on the antenna.
- Stick the black film on the metal frame and the transparent film on the glass. Ensure to leave space for replacing the plastic border.
- Tighten the black film and transparent film, and fix the cable securely.
- Carefully put the plastic border back, ensuring not to damage the cable.
Important Note:
- Before installation, remove the protective paper from the DAB antenna.
- The copper part of the antenna must be connected to a metal (ground electrode) surface.
- For left-hand drive vehicles, position the antenna on the left side of the windshield. Leave a 2-3 cm gap from the window frame and attach the film vertically.
