- Drill the holes and insert the wall anchors.

A: This means your device is successfully connected to Wi-Fi but failed to add to your Imou account. Ensure your router has a stable internet connection and try again. - Q: How to modify device's photo/name/channel name/password in mobile app?
A: Login to your Imou Life app.
Method 1: Go to the preview page, click the gear icon (top right), go to device settings, click the device image bar to Device Info page, then click the corresponding option to modify.
Method 2: Click Me > My Device > select the device > click the device image bar to Device Info page > click the corresponding option to modify. - Q: Why can only one Imou account be bound to a camera?
A: For security reasons, one camera can be bound to only one Imou account. If you wish to add your camera to a new account, you must first delete it from the previous account. - Q: How to delete a camera from your account?
