8. Maintenance

  • Clean the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • If not used for extended periods, charge the power bank at least once every three months to maintain battery health.
  • Keep the ports free from dust and debris.

9. Troubleshooting

Power Bank Not Charging

  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's input port and the wall adapter.
  • Verify that the wall adapter is functioning correctly and plugged into a live power outlet.
  • Try a different charging cable or wall adapter.

Device Not Charging from Power Bank

  • Check if the power bank has sufficient charge.
  • Ensure the charging cable connecting your device to the power bank is securely connected and not damaged.
  • Try a different output port on the power bank.
  • If charging a low-power device, ensure low-current charging mode is activated.
  • Try a different charging cable for your device.

Slow Charging

  • Ensure both the power bank and your device support fast charging protocols.
  • Use a high-quality, fast-charging compatible cable.
  • If multiple devices are connected, the total output power is shared, which may reduce individual charging speeds (20W MAX for multiple simultaneous outputs).
  • Environmental factors like temperature can affect charging speed.

10. User Tips

  • Always use the included Type-C to Type-C cable or other high-quality, certified cables to ensure optimal charging performance and safety.
  • For the fastest self-charging of the power bank, use a wall adapter that supports 55W output.
  • When charging multiple devices, be aware that the total output is limited to 20W MAX, which means individual device charging speeds will be lower than when charging a single device.

11. Warranty and Support

For warranty information or technical support, please refer to the product packaging or contact the manufacturer directly through their official website or customer service channels. Keep your purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
