6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill.

    3. Apply a small amount of the provided silicone oil evenly under the center of the running belt.
    4. Tighten the rear roller bolts.
    5. Plug in the treadmill and run it at a low speed (e.g., 2 KM/H) for 5 minutes to distribute the lubricant.

6.2 Cleaning

  • Wipe down the treadmill surface with a damp cloth after each use.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Periodically vacuum under the treadmill to remove dust and debris.

6.3 Running Belt Adjustment

If the running belt shifts to one side or feels loose, use the Allen wrench to adjust the tension bolts at the rear of the treadmill. Turn the bolt clockwise to tighten or counter-clockwise to loosen, making small adjustments until the belt is centered and properly tensioned.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Treadmill does not power on. Power cable not connected; outlet issue; power button not pressed. Ensure power cable is securely plugged into treadmill and a working outlet. Press the power button firmly.
Running belt stops or slows unexpectedly. Overload (user weight exceeds capacity); insufficient lubrication; motor issue. Ensure user weight is within limits. Lubricate the running belt. If problem persists, contact support.
Running belt is off-center. Belt tension imbalance. Adjust the running belt using the Allen wrench as described in Section 6.3.
Remote control not responding. Dead batteries; remote not paired. Replace remote control batteries. Ensure line of sight to the treadmill's receiver.
Unusual noise during operation. Loose parts; lack of lubrication; foreign object. Check for loose screws. Lubricate the belt. Inspect for any objects under the belt.
