4. Setup Guide

4.1 Connecting the Device

  1. Power Connection: Connect the provided power adapter to the DC 5V port on the TV Box and then plug it into a power outlet.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 No Power

7.2 No Display on TV

  • Verify the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the TV Box and the TV.
  • Ensure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input source.
  • Try a different HDMI cable or TV HDMI port.
  • Restart the TV Box.

7.3 Network Connection Issues

  • Wi-Fi: Check if your Wi-Fi router is on and working. Re-enter the Wi-Fi password in the TV Box settings. Ensure the TV Box is within range of your Wi-Fi signal.

7.4 Remote Control Not Responding

  • Ensure the batteries in the remote control are correctly inserted and not depleted. Replace batteries if necessary.
  • Point the remote directly at the TV Box.
  • If it's a Bluetooth remote, ensure it's paired correctly in the device settings.

7.5 Slow Performance or App Crashes

  • Close background applications.
