1. Introduction
The EARU dual power automatic transfer switch (ATS) is a miniature household power switch designed to ensure continuous power supply. It automatically switches to a standby power source when the main power supply becomes abnormal, guaranteeing uninterrupted, reliable, and safe power delivery. This product is specifically designed for household rail installation and is compatible with PZ30 distribution boxes.
The ATS is suitable for emergency power supply systems operating at 50 or 60Hz with a rated voltage of (L+N) 230VAC. It features a solid structure, reliable conversion, convenient installation, easy maintenance, and a long service life. It is widely used in applications where power failure cannot be tolerated and can be operated both electrically and manually. The ATS is composed of a Transfer Switching Equipment (TSE) and a controller, conforming to IEC60947-6-1, Part 6-1, as a qualified low-voltage switchgear and control device.

6. Installation
6.1 Environmental Conditions
- Ambient Air Temperature: Maximum 40℃, minimum -5℃. Average temperature within 24 hours not higher than 35℃.
- Altitude: Installation site altitude not higher than 2000m.
- Atmospheric Conditions: Relative humidity not exceeding 50% at 40℃. Higher humidity is permissible at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at 25℃). Special measures may be needed for occasional condensation.
- Pollution Grade: Conforms to Grade 3 specified in IEC60947-6-1.
- Installation Category: Conforms to the category specified in IEC60947-6-1.
6.2 Physical Installation
The ATS can be installed vertically in a control cabinet or distribution cabinet. It is designed for 35mm standard DIN rail installation, commonly found in household lighting distribution boxes.

6.3 Electrical Wiring
IMPORTANT: All wiring must be performed by a certified electrician and comply with all national and local electrical codes.
The ATS supports two power sources: City Power (Normal Power A) and Generator (Reverse Power B). Ensure correct connection of common power input, backup power input, load output, and control lines as per the diagrams below.

7. eWeLink App Setup
The ATS is a smart device that can be controlled and monitored via the eWeLink app. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the device only supports this frequency.
7.1 Pairing the Device
- Download the eWeLink app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
- Register or log in to your eWeLink account.
- Ensure the ATS is powered on and in pairing mode (refer to the device's LED indicator for status).
- In the eWeLink app, tap the '+' icon to add a device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the device to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

This video demonstrates the eWeLink app setup and operation for the ATS.
7.2 Reconnecting to Wi-Fi
If you need to change your Wi-Fi network or reconnect the device, you must press the reset key on the ATS unit. Without pressing this button, the device cannot connect to the eWeLink App.

8. Operating Instructions
8.1 Manual and Automatic Modes
The ATS offers both manual and automatic operation modes. You can switch between these modes using the physical switch on the device or remotely via the eWeLink app.
- Manual Mode: Allows you to manually select the power source (Source A or Source B).
- Automatic Mode: The device automatically detects power availability and switches between Source A (City Power) and Source B (Generator) as needed.

8.2 Automatic Switching Function
The ATS provides an uninterruptible power supply switching function with a rapid transfer time of less than 8 milliseconds (0.008s) after a power failure. This ensures minimal disruption to connected loads.

8.3 Time Setting Modes (eWeLink App)
The eWeLink app allows you to configure various time-based operations for your ATS:
- Timing Mode: Schedule specific ON/OFF times (e.g., turn on living room lights at 18:00).
- Countdown Mode: Set a countdown timer for an action (e.g., turn off bedroom lights after 20 minutes).
- Cycle Timing Mode: Program repetitive ON/OFF cycles (e.g., for daily routines like before getting up or after work).

8.4 Voice Control
Integrate your ATS with smart home assistants like Amazon Alexa or Google Home. Simply give voice commands to control your devices.

9. Maintenance
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check the device for any visible damage, loose connections, or signs of overheating.
