Thank you for purchasing the BLUEKAKA 4-in-1 Bluetooth 5.4 Audio Transmitter Receiver. This versatile device allows you to easily add Bluetooth functionality to your audio systems, enabling wireless music streaming and hands-free calling. It supports both transmit (TX) and receive (RX) modes, as well as direct TF card playback, all displayed on a clear LED screen.

Product Overview

The GT69 is a compact and versatile audio adapter. Familiarize yourself with its components and controls:

  • Microphone: For hands-free calling (RX Mode only).
  • High Definition Display Screen: Shows working status, battery level, and mode (RX, TX, TF, BT, AUX).
  • TF Card Slot: For direct TF card playback.
  • Previous Song/Volume-: Tap for previous song, long press to decrease volume.
  • Next Song/Volume+: Tap for next song, long press to increase volume.
  • Multifunctional Telephone Buttons: Short press to answer/end calls, long press to reject calls, double click to redial last outgoing number.
  • TX/RX Switch Button: Toggles between Transmit and Receive modes.
  • AUX Audio Jack: 3.5mm audio input/output.
  • Type-C Charging Interface: For charging the device.

Setup and Operation

1. Power On/Off

  • Power On: Long press the phone button (power button) for 3 seconds.
  • Power Off: Long press the phone button (power button) for 3 seconds.

2. RX (Receive) Mode Operation

In RX mode, the adapter receives Bluetooth audio from your phone/tablet and outputs it to wired speakers or headphones.

  1. Adjust the right side switch of the product to RX (receive mode).
  2. Insert the 3.5mm audio cable into the AUX jack of the adapter and connect the other end to the AUX input of your speaker or wired headphones.
  3. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device. Search for "GT69" in the list of available devices and pair with it.
  4. After successful pairing, the "RX" icon on the display screen will stop flashing.
  5. You can now play music from your mobile device through the connected speaker/headphones.

3. TX (Transmit) Mode Operation

In TX mode, the adapter transmits audio from non-Bluetooth devices (like TVs or PCs) to Bluetooth headphones or speakers.

  1. Adjust the right side switch of the product to TX (transmit mode).
  2. Insert the 3.5mm audio cable into the AUX jack of the adapter and connect the other end to the audio output jack of your TV, PC, or MP3 player.
  3. The adapter will automatically search for nearby wireless speakers or Bluetooth headphones and pair with them.
  4. After successful pairing, the "TX" icon on the display screen will stop flashing.
  5. You can now listen to audio from your non-Bluetooth device wirelessly.

Note: Double click the phone button to search for nearby wireless playback devices again if needed.

4. TF Card Playback Mode

The GT69 supports direct playback from a TF (Micro SD) card.

  1. Insert a TF card (up to 64GB, not included) into the TF card slot on the device.
  2. Press and hold the "Previous Song" (<) and "Next Song" (>) buttons simultaneously to switch to TF card playback mode. The "TF" indicator will light up on the screen.
  3. The device will automatically play songs from the TF card.

Supported formats: MP3/WMA/APE/WAV/FLAC.

5. Call Handling (RX Mode Only)

When connected in RX mode to a mobile phone:

  • Answer/End Call: Short press the phone button.
  • Reject Call: Long press the phone button.
  • Redial Last Number: Double click the phone button.

Charging the Device

The GT69 has a built-in 200mAh rechargeable lithium polymer battery.

  • Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the device's Type-C charging interface and the other end to a 5V/1A USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, car charger, wall adapter).
  • The charging icon on the display screen will flash, and the indicator light shows red during charging.
  • Once fully charged (approximately 1 hour), the charging icon will stop flashing, and the indicator light will go out.
  • A full charge provides approximately 6-7 hours of continuous listening.

We recommend using a 5V/1A charger to protect the battery life.

Troubleshooting

  • Device not powering on: Ensure the device is charged. Connect it to a power source using the Type-C cable and check the charging indicator.
  • Cannot pair in RX mode:
    1. Ensure the device is switched to RX mode.
    2. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
    3. Check that "GT69" appears in your device's Bluetooth list and select it to pair.
    4. If pairing fails, try restarting both the adapter and your mobile device.
  • Cannot connect in TX mode:
    1. Ensure the device is switched to TX mode.
    2. Make sure your wireless headphones/speakers are in pairing mode.
    3. Double click the phone button on the adapter to initiate a new search for nearby devices.
    4. Ensure the audio cable is securely connected to the audio output of your source device (TV, PC).
  • No sound or low volume:
    1. Check the volume levels on both the adapter (long press +/- buttons) and the connected audio device/source.
    2. Ensure all cables are securely connected.
    3. Verify that the correct mode (RX/TX/TF) is selected on the adapter.
  • TF card not playing:
    1. Ensure the TF card is inserted correctly.
    2. Verify that the adapter is in TF card playback mode (press and hold Previous/Next buttons simultaneously).
    3. Check that the audio files on the TF card are in a supported format (MP3/WMA/APE/WAV/FLAC).
    4. Ensure the TF card is not larger than 64GB.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your BLUEKAKA GT69 Audio Adapter, please follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the device. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols, as they may damage the device.
  • Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid Water: This device is not waterproof. Keep it away from water and other liquids.
  • Handle with Care: Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts, which can damage internal components.
  • Charging: Always use the provided Type-C charging cable and a compatible 5V/1A power adapter. Overcharging or using incompatible chargers may reduce battery life.

User Tips

  • For optimal sound quality, ensure your audio source and receiving device are within the 10-meter transmission range.
  • When using the TF card playback, organize your music files in the root directory or simple folders for easier navigation.
  • If experiencing any audio delay, especially in TX mode, try to minimize obstacles between the adapter and the receiving Bluetooth device.
  • Remember that the microphone function is only available in RX (receive) mode for hands-free calls.
  • To quickly switch between Bluetooth and TF card modes, press and hold the "Previous Song" and "Next Song" buttons simultaneously.
