1. Product Overview

The EAFC 2-in-1 device is a versatile tool designed for automotive emergencies and general inflation needs. It combines a powerful 1200A jump starter, an 8000mAh power bank, a 150 PSI tire inflator, and an emergency LED light. This compact unit is built to withstand extreme temperatures, making it a reliable companion for various situations.

2. Setup and Charging

2.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the device's USB-C input port and a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The LCD display will indicate charging status. Ensure the device is fully charged for optimal performance, especially when using the jump starter function.

2.2 Attaching Air Hose and Nozzles

The device comes with various air nozzles to suit different inflation needs.

  1. Screw the air hose securely into the device's air outlet port.
  2. Select the appropriate nozzle for the item you wish to inflate (e.g., Schrader valve for car tires, needle for basketballs, cone nozzle for inflatables).
  3. Attach the selected nozzle to the end of the air hose.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle

This device can jump start 12V vehicles with up to 4.0L gasoline engines or 2.0L diesel engines.

  1. Ensure the jump starter is fully charged.
  2. Connect the smart jumper cables to the jump starter port on the device.
  3. Attach the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
  4. Attach the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
  5. Once connected, the smart clip will indicate readiness (usually a green light).
  6. Start the vehicle's engine.
  7. Once the engine starts, immediately remove the jumper cables from the vehicle battery, then disconnect from the jump starter.

3.2 Tire Inflation (Air Pump Function)

The device features an air pump with preset tire pressure and an auto-stop function.

  1. Connect the air hose with the appropriate nozzle to the tire valve or inflatable item.
  2. Turn on the device. The LCD display will show the current pressure.
  3. Use the mode button to select the desired inflation mode (car, motorcycle, bicycle, or ball).
  4. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the target pressure (up to 150 PSI).
  5. Press the power button to start inflation. The pump will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.

3.3 Power Bank Function

The 8000mAh battery can charge electronic devices.

  1. Connect your electronic device (e.g., smartphone, earbuds, fan) to the USB output port on the EAFC device using a compatible USB cable.
  2. The device will begin charging your external device.

3.4 LED Light Function

The built-in LED light offers multiple modes for emergency and convenience.

  1. Press and hold the light button to turn on the LED light (Lighting mode).
  2. Press the light button again to cycle through modes: SOS (flashing), Strobe (rapid flashing), and Off.

4. Maintenance

4.1 General Care

  • Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Keep the ports free from dust and debris.

4.2 Storage

  • Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Ensure the device is not placed under high temperature or into fire to avoid explosion.
  • Pay attention to waterproofing of storage, transportation, and use environment.

4.3 Battery Care

  • For optimal battery life, charge the device at least once every three months, even if not in use.
  • Disconnect the external charger during thunderstorms to avoid lightning damage.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Device Not Turning On

  • Ensure the device is sufficiently charged. Connect it to a power source and allow it to charge for some time.

5.2 Jump Start Failure

  • Check that the jumper cables are securely connected to both the device and the vehicle battery terminals.
  • Ensure the red clamp is on the positive (+) terminal and the black clamp is on the negative (-) terminal. The intelligent safety clip has reverse connection protection.
  • Verify that the vehicle battery is 12V and within the supported engine displacement (4.0L Gas / 2.0L Diesel).
  • If the smart clip indicates an error, refer to its specific error codes (if any) or try reconnecting.

5.3 Inflation Issues

  • Check that the air hose and nozzle are securely attached and there are no leaks.
  • Ensure the target pressure is set correctly and within the 150 PSI maximum.
  • Verify the device has enough battery charge to complete the inflation.
