Understanding TENS Technology:

TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) works by passing harmless electrical signals into the body from its pads. This relieves pain in two ways:

  1. High Frequency: Continuous, mild electrical activity may block pain signals traveling to the brain.
  2. Low Frequency: Short bursts of mild electrical activity may cause the body to release its own natural pain-control mechanisms, such as beta-endorphins.

9. User Tips

  • For best results, use the device in a quiet and comfortable environment.
  • Regular use, as recommended, can significantly improve sleep patterns and reduce stress.
  • Experiment with different modes and intensity levels to find what works best for your individual needs.
  • Ensure your forehead is clean and dry before applying the device for optimal electrode contact.
