1. Introduction

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Keyboard Setup (M87)

  1. Charging: Connect the keyboard to a USB power source using the provided Type-C cable. The keyboard has a built-in lithium battery for long-lasting use.
  2. Power On/Off: Locate the power switch on the side of the keyboard and slide it to the 'ON' position.
  3. Mode Switching: The keyboard supports dual-mode connectivity (2.4G wireless and Bluetooth). Use the switch next to the Type-C port to select your desired mode.
  4. 2.4G Wireless Connection:
    • Open the bottom support bracket of the keyboard to access the 2.4G USB receiver.
    • Plug the 2.4G USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
    • Ensure the keyboard is switched to 2.4G wireless mode. The keyboard should connect automatically.
  5. Bluetooth Connection:
    • Ensure the keyboard is switched to Bluetooth mode.
    • On your device (computer, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
    • Select 'FREEWOLF M87' from the list of available devices to pair.
    • The keyboard supports multi-device connection, allowing up to 3 devices to be connected simultaneously. Switch between paired devices as needed.

3.2 Mouse Setup (X7)

  1. Charging: Connect the mouse to a USB power source using the provided Type-C cable. The mouse has a built-in battery with a battery indicator for status control.
  2. Power On/Off: Locate the power switch on the bottom of the mouse and slide it to the 'ON' position.
  3. 2.4G Wireless Connection: The X7 mouse uses the same 2.4G USB receiver as the keyboard. Ensure the receiver is plugged into your computer. The mouse should connect automatically when in 2.4G mode.
  4. Bluetooth Connection:
    • Ensure the mouse is switched to Bluetooth mode.
    • On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
    • Select 'FREEWOLF X7' from the list of available devices to pair.

4.1 Keyboard Functions (M87)

  • 87-Key Layout: The compact 87-key layout provides essential keys while saving desk space.
  • Multimedia Shortcuts: The keyboard includes multimedia function keys for quick access to volume control, media playback, and other functions. These are typically accessed by pressing the 'FN' key in combination with the F-keys (F1-F12).
  • Light Adjustment (Rainbow RGB): Customize your keyboard's lighting effects using the following key combinations:
    • FN + INS: Switch between breathing and normal (always bright) light modes.
    • FN + ↑ / ↓: Adjust light brightness.
    • FN + ← / →: Adjust light speed.

  • Device Not Connecting:
    • Ensure both the keyboard and mouse are powered on.
    • Verify that the 2.4G USB receiver is securely plugged into your computer.
    • Check that the keyboard/mouse mode switch is set correctly (2.4G or Bluetooth).
