2. Setup
2.1. App Download
To unlock the full potential of your X5 Smart Watch, download the companion app, GloryFit Pro. Scan the QR code below with your mobile phone to download the application.

2.2. Charging and Powering On
Align the charging cable with the charging area on the back of the device. Connect the other end to a charger and power it on until the screen shows the charging indicator.
- Keep the charging cable, device, etc., dry when charging.
- It is recommended to use a power adapter with a rated output voltage of 5V and a rated output current of 1A. Consumers should use a CCC certified power adapter that meets standard requirements.

2.3. Pairing the Device
After the first power on, the watch's Bluetooth is in pairable status by default. Download and install the latest version of the GloryFit Pro App before pairing.
- Ensure your phone has Bluetooth and location services turned on.
For Harmony OS and Android Users:
- Open the GloryFit Pro App and click the "add device" button. The App will automatically scan for connectable devices.
- Click on the target device (X5) to connect and pair according to the prompts on the interface.
- You need to agree to the necessary permissions before using the Bluetooth call function.
- If replacing a paired connected phone, go to App > Remove Device first.
For iOS Users:
- Open the GloryFit Pro App, click "Add Device", and find "X5" in the list to pair.
- Alternatively, you can scan the QR code to connect the device.
- You need to agree to the necessary permissions before using the Bluetooth call function.
- If you need to change the smartphone connected to the smartwatch, go to the App, navigate to the smartwatch connected page, scroll to the bottom, and click "unbind". When connecting the device with a different account or phone, the device will be restored to factory settings.
2.4. Watch Wearing
Wear the watch correctly to maintain a comfortable and snug fit. Remove the protective film from the back of the watch before wearing it, as there is a sensor on the bottom to identify the human body. If blocked, recognition will be inaccurate, affecting heart rate, blood oxygen, and other records.
- Avoid wearing the watch at least one finger distance from bone joints.
- Keep the strap loosened and tightened moderately.
- Wear it as tightly as possible when exercising for optimal accuracy.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Touch Button and Screen Operations
The X5 Smart Watch supports full-screen touch and various gestures for navigation and control.
- POWER Button:
- Short press: Wake screen, return to watch face, or go to menu.
- Long press: Turn on/off, restart, or activate SOS.
- CUSTOM Button:
- Short press: Set custom function or return to previous custom menu.
- Long press: Open the timer.
- SPORT Button:
- Short press: Enter sports mode list.
- Long press: Open the stopwatch.
- Screen Gestures: Slide up, slide down, slide left, slide right, and long press for various functions.
Note: The short press functions for CUSTOM and SPORT buttons need to be set by the user in the app. If not set, pressing the CUSTOM button will prompt you to configure it.
3.2. Health Monitoring
The X5 Smart Watch provides 24/7 health monitoring, tracking various metrics to help you stay informed about your well-being.

- Heart Rate Monitoring: Tracks your heart rate. For accurate readings, wear the watch snugly.
- Blood Oxygen Monitoring (SpO2): Measures blood oxygen saturation anytime, anywhere.
- Sleep Monitoring Mode: Offers sleep reminders, wake-up alarms, sleep goals, and tracks deep sleep, light sleep, REM, and wakefulness.
- Stress Monitoring: Helps track your mental and physical state.
- Breathing Exercise Test: Aids in physical and mental health.
- Emotional Management: Detects and helps manage negative emotions.
- Women's Health: Records menstrual and ovulation cycles.

Continuous Heart Rate Measurement:
In the GloryFit Pro app, go to Health Monitoring > Heart Rate Monitoring to turn on the Continuous Heart Rate Measurement switch. Once activated, the device will continuously measure heart rate based on the set time.
Caution: Due to external factors (e.g., hairy arms, tattoos, darker skin color, sagging arms, shaky arms), measurements may not be accurate, or the value may not appear.
3.3. Sports Modes and GPS Tracking
The X5 Smart Watch supports over 150 sports modes and automatically recognizes daily activities. Its built-in high-precision Dual-Band GPS calibrates distances in real-time and accurately tracks your workout routes.

- When the device with independent GPS is away from the phone during outdoor exercise, it can record the workout route. You can view these records on the watch.
- In Swimming Mode, the touch function is disabled. Use the buttons to exit the workout.
3.4. Barometric Pressure & Altitude
The watch measures current ambient barometric pressure and records 24-hour barometric pressure data. It also measures current altitude.

- The altitude value is estimated based on the watch's barometric sensor readings.
- Weather changes can affect barometric pressure, which may impact the accuracy of altitude measurement.
3.5. Compass
The electronic compass is a modern navigation tool for various situations.
- Before use, wear the watch on your wrist and follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate it.
- Keep the watch away from electromagnetic interference during calibration.
3.6. SOS Function
The built-in SOS Emergency Function allows for one-click help, sending an emergency signal instantly in critical situations. The watch also supports Bluetooth Calling for making calls, checking notifications, and playing music.
Note: SOS requires Bluetooth connection and emergency contacts setup.

- Water Resistance: The watch has 5ATM water resistance, suitable for handwashing, swimming, and other everyday activities. It features a water drainage function: shake the watch to effectively expel water from the speaker and microphone holes after exposure to water.
- Durability: The watch is designed with military-grade construction, offering anti-scratch and anti-dusting properties.
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the watch and strap with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
- Charging: Always ensure the charging cable and watch are dry before charging to prevent damage.

5. Troubleshooting
Q1: Why won't the watch turn on?
- Charge the watch using the original charging cable for more than 30 minutes.
- Use a high-power charger (e.g., 9V/2A) or other fast-charging chargers.
Q2: Why can't the watch connect through the app?
- Unpair all Bluetooth devices on your phone, delete the app, and reconnect according to the user manual.
- Reset the watch and restart your phone.
- Switch to another phone to reconnect the watch.
Q3: Why is the watch collecting inaccurate data?
- Enter accurate personal information in the app (gender, age, height, weight, etc.).
- Ensure the protective film on the back of the watch has been removed.
- Make sure the watch is worn neither too loosely nor too tightly.
- Reset the watch to recheck data accuracy.
- Note that different brands use different software algorithms, so data collection methods vary between devices.
Q4: Why can't the watch sync WhatsApp or Facebook?
- Ensure the app is allowed to access notifications on the phone.
- Make sure WhatsApp or Facebook notifications are enabled on the phone and in the app.
- Disconnect and reconnect the watch.
Q5: Why is the battery life too short?
- Reduce screen brightness and set the screen timeout to five seconds.
- Turn off 24-hour heart rate monitoring and unnecessary notifications.
Q6: Touchscreen is unresponsive?
- Try restoring factory settings through the app.
Q7: Why doesn't the watch vibrate?
- Check if Do Not Disturb or Power Saving mode is enabled on the watch.
- Check if Silent mode is turned on.
Q8: Why doesn't the watch display contact information during incoming calls?
- Go to phone settings -> Bluetooth -> Find the watch name -> Tap the icon on the right -> Enable Contact Sharing and Call Log.
Q9: Why is there no workout route shown in the app after starting an outdoor activity on the watch?
- If your device does not support independent GPS, use the phone's GPS for assisted tracking and sync with the app to record the workout route.
- When using the phone's GPS for assisted tracking, ensure mobile data is enabled and functioning properly.
Q10: Why is the outdoor workout route on the watch inaccurate, slow to locate, or unable to locate?
- Keep the watch's ephemeris data updated. To update, pair the watch with the app and ensure the phone's network is functioning for 5-10 minutes before starting an outdoor workout.
- It takes time for the watch to acquire a GPS signal. Open the workout interface 5-10 minutes before starting your activity.
- GPS signal strength is affected by environmental factors (tall buildings, signal reflections, metal interference, water surface reflections). Conduct outdoor activities in open areas with minimal obstructions.
- If you are in an environment without a GPS signal (indoors, tunnels), GPS positioning will not be available.
- Starting an outdoor workout from the app and carrying your smartphone will use the phone's GPS for improved accuracy.
