Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your car radio, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Car Radio Will Not Turn On

  1. Check Voltage: Ensure the car radio is receiving 12V power.
  2. Wiring Check: When testing, combine the red and yellow wires and connect them to the positive side of the power supply. Connect the black line to the negative power supply.
  3. Fuse Check: Replace the car radio's fuse with one of the same type to test.
  4. Power Cables: Always use the provided power cables to connect the car radio. Do not attempt to insert the original car plug directly into the unit.

"No Signal" Displayed When Reversing

This usually indicates an issue with the rear view camera connection.

  1. Camera Connection: Verify that the camera's video line is properly connected to the "CAMIN" port on the car radio.

"Can't Watch Video While Driving" Message

This is a safety feature that can be disabled if desired.

  1. Disable Video Warning: Go to the system settings and turn off the "Video Warning" function.

Unable to Search FM Stations

  1. Radio Antenna: Ensure the radio antenna is properly inserted and well-contacted. Try inserting it several times.
  2. Signal Strength: Your current location might have poor radio signal. Try testing in an area with better reception.
  3. Antenna Condition: If the car's original radio antenna is broken or ineffective, replace it and test again.

Cannot Connect Bluetooth

  1. Pairing Process: On your phone, open Bluetooth settings, search for available devices, and select the car radio's Bluetooth model. If a pairing code is requested, try "0000", "1234", or "123456".
  2. Test with Another Device: Try connecting with a different mobile phone to rule out an issue with your primary device.
  3. Power Cycle: If all methods fail, unplug the power connector from the back of the car radio, wait 3 minutes, and then plug it back in.

User Tips

  • Offline Navigation: For reliable navigation without an internet connection, consider purchasing and downloading offline maps directly from the Play Store.
  • Sound Customization: Experiment with the 36 DSP adjustments and 32-band equalizer to fine-tune the audio output to your preference.
  • Steering Wheel Controls: Take advantage of the steering wheel control learning function to map buttons for quick access to frequently used features like call answering and volume adjustment.
  • Split Screen Efficiency: Use the split screen feature to view navigation and control music simultaneously, reducing distractions while driving.
  • ADAS Features: If you have an ADAS DVR, ensure it's properly installed and configured to utilize the assisted driving technologies for enhanced safety.
