4. Setup
4.1. Battery Installation and Charging
- Boat Battery: Open the battery compartment on the bait boat. Insert the provided 7.4V 5200mAh or 12000mAh lithium battery. Ensure it is securely connected. Close the compartment.
- Remote Control Batteries: Open the battery cover on the back of the remote control. Insert 4 x 1.5V AA batteries (not included), observing correct polarity. Close the cover.
- Charging the Boat Battery: Connect the boat battery to the USB charging cable. Plug the USB cable into a suitable USB power adapter (e.g., phone charger, computer USB port). The charging time is approximately 6-8 hours for a full charge. The indicator light on the charger will change when charging is complete.
4.2. Initial Pairing
Before first use, or if the remote control and boat lose connection, follow these steps to pair them:
- Ensure both the boat and remote control are powered off.
- Turn on the bait boat.
- Turn on the remote control.
- Press and hold the 'Pairing Button' on the remote control (refer to the remote control diagram in the Operating Instructions section for location). The remote control's display should indicate successful pairing.
5. Operating Instructions

- Power On/Off: Use the Power Switch on both the boat and the remote control.
- Forward/Backward: Use the Left Throttle Stick to control forward and backward movement.
- Steering (Left/Right): Use the Right Throttle Stick to control left and right turning.
5.3. GPS Functions:
The V010 features a 40-point GPS memory system for precise baiting and navigation.
- Setting Positioning Points: Navigate the boat to your desired fishing spot. Press the 'Anchor Button' to save the current location as a positioning point. The remote control's display will show the point number. You can save up to 40 points.
- One-Key Direct Access: To send the boat to a saved positioning point, select the desired point number on the remote control and press the 'OK Button'. The boat will automatically navigate to that point.
- Automatic Navigation: Once positioning points are set, the boat can automatically navigate between them.
- One-Key Return: Press the 'One-Key Return' button on the remote control (if available, or typically a dedicated button on the remote) to command the boat to automatically return to its starting point.
5.4. Cruise Control:

- Push both the Left and Right Throttle Sticks upwards simultaneously.

5.5. Baiting:

5.6. Hook Attachment:
The rear silo is designed with a Y-notch for attaching your fishing hook and line.

- Navigate the boat to your desired drop-off point.
- Release the bait from the rear silo, which will also release the attached hook and line. This design helps prevent line entanglement.
