5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the device exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Electrode Care: Clean electrode pads after each use according to their specific instructions. Replace pads when they lose their adhesiveness.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it in its original packaging or a protective case when not in use.
- Cable Inspection: Regularly inspect all cables and wires for any signs of damage. Do not use if cables are frayed or damaged.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the device and a working power outlet. Check if the outlet is functional.
- No Stimulation: Verify that the intensity knobs are turned to an 'on' position and adjusted to a sufficient level. Check that electrode wires are properly connected to both the device and the electrodes/pads, and that the electrodes are correctly placed on the skin.
- Irregular Output: Ensure all connections are secure. If the issue persists, discontinue use and contact support.
- Display Issues: If the screen is blank or shows incorrect information, try restarting the device by disconnecting and reconnecting the power.
