- Fill the 4L glass water tank with clean water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
- For steaming, place the 304 stainless steel energy gathering heating plate onto the base, followed by the 304 stainless steel volcanic energy gathering ring.
- Place the 304 stainless steel drip tray, then the steaming tray or seafood rack, and finally the glass steamer tier(s) with your food.
- Cover with the glass lid.
- For frying/stewing/hot pot, place the multi-functional cooking pot directly onto the base unit.

- After assembly and filling the water tank (for steaming), plug the appliance into a suitable 220V power outlet.
