8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power/Module not turning on | Incorrect power connection; Insufficient power supply (voltage/current); Faulty power switch. | Check DC 5V power input and polarity. Ensure power supply provides at least 2A. Test with a different power source if possible. |
| No sound output | Speakers not connected correctly; Volume too low; Mute activated; Incorrect mode selected. | Verify speaker wiring and polarity. Increase volume. Check if mute is active (remote). Ensure correct input mode (USB, TF, AUX, BT, FM). |
| Bluetooth pairing issues | Module not in Bluetooth mode; Device too far; Interference. | Switch to Bluetooth mode. Ensure device is within 10m. Try restarting both the module and your Bluetooth device. |
| Recording not working | No USB/TF card inserted; Storage device full or corrupted. | Insert a functional USB flash drive or TF card. Check available storage space. Try formatting the storage device (this will erase all data). |
| FM radio poor reception | No antenna connected; Weak signal; Interference. | Ensure an antenna is properly connected (if applicable, usually a wire). Try repositioning the module or antenna for better signal. |
9. Maintenance
- Keep the module dry and clean. Avoid exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures.
