Setup Instructions
- Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Choose Location: Select a stable, level surface for your aquarium. Ensure it is away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.
- Clean Tank: Rinse the aquarium thoroughly with clean water. Do not use soap or detergents.
- Install Filter System: Place the rainshower type filter and filter cotton into the designated filter compartment under the lid. Refer to the diagram for proper placement.

Easy Maintenance: Filter cotton, rainshower type filter, and water circulation diagram. - Place Water Pump: Position the water pump inside the tank, ensuring its intake is submerged and the outlet connects to the filter system.
- Add Substrate and Decorations: Rinse any gravel, sand, or decorations thoroughly before placing them in the tank. Arrange them to create an appealing environment for your fish.
- Fill with Water: Slowly fill the tank with dechlorinated water. Ensure the water level is appropriate for the filter system to operate correctly.
- Connect Power: Plug in the water pump and LED lights.
- Aquarium Cycling: Before adding fish, it is crucial to cycle your aquarium. This process establishes beneficial bacteria that convert harmful waste products into less toxic substances. Research 'aquarium nitrogen cycle' for detailed instructions. This typically takes several weeks.
Operating Instructions
Water Pump
The integrated 2.5W water pump is designed to provide continuous water circulation, which is vital for oxygenation and filtration. Ensure the pump is always submerged when operating.
LED Lights
The LED lighting system enhances the aesthetic appeal of your aquarium and supports plant growth if live plants are used. The lights offer multiple modes:
- Bright White Light: Standard illumination for clear viewing.
- Fixed Colour: A single, consistent color (e.g., blue) for a specific ambiance.
- Gradient Colour: Cycles through various colors, creating a dynamic visual effect.
To change the light mode, press the button located on the top cover of the aquarium. Each press will cycle through the available options.

Feeding
The top cover features a convenient feeding hole to simplify daily feeding without needing to remove the entire lid. Lift the small flap to access the feeding opening.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance is key to a healthy aquarium environment.
- Filter Cotton Replacement: The cleaning system is designed to reduce maintenance. Under reasonable fish farming conditions, weekly replacement of the filter cotton is recommended.
- Filter Material and Nitrifying Bacteria: Periodically add filter material and nitrifying bacteria as needed to maintain water quality. This can help avoid frequent large water changes.
- Water Changes: Perform partial water changes (e.g., 25% weekly or bi-weekly) to remove nitrates and replenish essential minerals. Always use dechlorinated water.
- Cleaning: Clean the interior glass with an aquarium-safe scraper or magnet cleaner to remove algae. Clean decorations as necessary.

Troubleshooting
- Cloudy Water:
- Cause: New tank syndrome, overfeeding, insufficient filtration, bacterial bloom.
- Solution: Ensure proper cycling, reduce feeding, check filter for clogs, perform small water changes.
- Water Pump Not Working:
- Cause: Not plugged in, power outage, impeller clogged, pump failure.
- Solution: Check power connection, ensure outlet is functional, clean impeller, contact support if pump is faulty.
- LED Lights Not Illuminating:
- Cause: Not plugged in, power outage, light unit failure.
- Solution: Check power connection, ensure outlet is functional, contact support if light unit is faulty.
- Fish Showing Stress/Illness:
- Cause: Poor water quality, overcrowding, incorrect water temperature, disease.
- Solution: Test water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH), ensure tank is not overcrowded (general guideline: 1cm of fish per 1L of water), maintain appropriate temperature (add heater for tropical fish), research fish diseases and treatments.
User Tips
- Fish Stocking Guideline: A common rule of thumb is that every 1cm of fish requires 1L of water. Use this as a general guide to prevent overcrowding.
- Cold Water or Tropical: This aquarium can be set up as either a cold water or tropical aquarium. If you plan to keep tropical fish, a heater (not included) will be necessary to maintain the correct water temperature.
- Water Quality: Consistent water quality is paramount. Regular filter cotton replacement and the use of beneficial bacteria are more effective than frequent, drastic water changes.
- Visual Effects: The ultra-clear glass provides high light transmittance and a 360° vivid view, enhancing the visual experience of your aquatic setup.
