3. Setup and Installation

3.1. Unpacking and Inspection

3.2. Installation Instructions

  1. Install the machine in a stable position without strong vibration or impact.
  2. Ensure the measured medium (if applicable for pressure sensing applications) is non-corrosive and compatible with the sensor.
  3. Do not apply long-term over-range pressure to avoid permanent damage.

3.3. Wiring (3-Wire System)

Ensure power is disconnected before performing any wiring. Incorrect wiring can damage the module.

  • VCC: Connect to Positive power supply (5V / 12V / 24V DC, as per your model's requirement).
  • GND: Connect to Negative power supply / Ground.
  • OUT: Signal output.

4. Operating Instructions

The TBK 958A features a built-in HD computer and a user-friendly interface for operation.

4.1. Power On and System Access

  1. Ensure all connections are secure and power supply is stable (110V/220V).
  2. Press the "Start" button to power on the machine.
  3. The built-in HD computer will boot up. Use the provided Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to navigate the operating system and marking software.

4.2. Positioning and Focusing

  1. Place the object (e.g., mobile phone back glass) on the professional positioning workbench. The workbench offers convenient, fast, and precise positioning with a larger operating space.
  2. Adjust the object's position as needed. The marking object maximum height is 85mm.
  3. For automatic focusing, press the "Focus" button. The imported auto-focus sensor will automatically adjust the focal length. This eliminates the need for manual adjustment and ensures high precision.
  4. The electric motor lifting platform allows for precise height adjustment of the table. Use the "UP" and "Down" buttons to control the platform.

4.3. Laser Marking/Engraving/Separating

  1. Within the marking software on the built-in computer, select the desired pattern or input text for marking/engraving.
  2. Utilize the precise drawings and templates available in the system.
  3. Confirm the object's position and focus.
  4. Initiate the laser process via the software. The machine supports multiple etching methods.
  5. The machine is equipped with two radiators to speed up the process and maintain optimal operating temperature.
