3. Installation and Initial Setup
3.1 Unboxing and Assembly

3.2 Mounting the Dash Cam
- Choose a suitable location on your windshield, preferably behind the rearview mirror, to ensure it does not obstruct your view.
- Clean the windshield surface thoroughly before attaching the mount.
- Attach the mounting bracket to the dash cam.
- Securely attach the dash cam with the bracket to the chosen spot on the windshield.

3.3 Power Connection
- Connect the provided car charger to the Mini USB Power Interface (8) on the dash cam.
- Plug the other end of the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
- Route the cable neatly to avoid obstructing your view or interfering with driving controls.
3.4 SD Card Insertion
Insert a Class 10 or higher Micro SD/TF card (up to 64GB recommended) into the TF Card Slot (7) with the contacts facing the correct direction. Ensure it clicks into place.

4.2 Recording
The dash cam will automatically start recording when powered on and connected to the car charger. Recording is typically continuous with loop recording enabled.
- Loop Recording: Automatically overwrites the oldest unlocked recordings when the memory card is full. This ensures continuous recording without manual intervention.
- G-Sensor: Detects sudden impacts or collisions and automatically locks the current video file to prevent it from being overwritten.
- Night Vision: The camera features Super Night Vision with an IMX 335 Sensor, 6-Glass Lens, WDR Tech, and f1.6 Aperture to enhance clarity in low-light conditions.

4.3 Parking Monitoring
When the engine is turned off and the car is left, the car recorder will automatically enter a sleep mode. If an impact is detected (requires a hardwire kit, not included), it will wake up and record.

4.4 Playback Videos
You can playback recorded videos either on a PC or directly on the dash cam.
Method 1: Playback on PC
- Safely remove the SD card from the dash cam.
- Insert the SD card into a card reader connected to your computer.
- Access the video files on the SD card to view them.
Method 2: Playback on the Dash Cam
- Stop any active recording.
- Short-press the Menu (M) Button to enter Playback Mode.
- Use the UP and DOWN buttons to navigate through video files.
- Long-press the Menu (M) Button to delete or protect the current file.
- Short-press the Menu (M) Button again to exit Playback Mode.
