Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Water Resistance: The T9S Ultra is IP67 waterproof, meaning it is protected against dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, avoid prolonged submersion or high-pressure water jets. Ensure all ports are securely closed before exposure to water.
- Battery Care: For optimal battery life, charge the device fully before first use. If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to about 50% every few months. Avoid extreme temperatures.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
- Device will not power on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again.
- Cannot pair with phone: Make sure the T9S Ultra is in pairing mode (red and blue lights flashing alternately). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and try searching again. Forget previous pairings on your phone if necessary.
- No sound from speakers: Check if the speakers are properly connected to the unit. Ensure volume is not muted or too low.
- Intercom not connecting: Ensure all units are within range and in intercom pairing mode. Follow the specific intercom pairing instructions for your units.
- Poor audio quality/noise: Check microphone placement. Ensure the noise cancellation feature is active. Reduce speed if experiencing excessive wind noise.
- Short battery life: Ensure the device is fully charged. Battery performance can degrade over time or in extreme temperatures.
User Tips
- For optimal noise cancellation, ensure your microphone is positioned correctly and not directly exposed to strong airflow.
- Regularly check for firmware updates (if available from the manufacturer) to ensure the best performance and latest features.
- When riding in a group, establish a clear communication protocol to avoid confusion, especially when using the 10-rider intercom feature.
- Utilize the voice assistant for hands-free control of your phone's functions, enhancing safety while riding.
