- Long press: Power off the device.
- Laser Switch (Integrated with Power Button):
- Short press once: Turn on the right laser.
- Short press twice: Turn on the left laser.
- Short press three times: Turn on the two-sided laser.
- Short press four times: Turn off the laser.
- HOLD Button (HLOD):
- Short press: Hold/Lock the current displayed value.
- Long press for 2 seconds: Convert between angle (°) and slope (%).
- ZERO Button: Return the measurement to zero for relative measurement.
Display Indicators:
- LEVEL: Indicates the current measurement mode (Absolute or Relative).
- HOLD: Appears when the data hold function is active.
- Battery Level: Shows the remaining battery charge.
- Tilt Direction: Arrows indicate the direction of tilt.
- Slope Symbol (%): Indicates measurement in slope percentage.
6. Setup
Initial Charging:
Before first use, fully charge the inclinometer using the provided Type-C data line and a compatible USB power adapter (DC5V 400mA). The battery indicator on the display will show charging status.

Powering On/Off:
- To Power On: Short press the Power button (red button with laser icon).
- To Power Off: Long press the Power button. The device will also automatically shut down after 3 minutes of no response to save energy.

7. Operation
Absolute Measurement (Default Mode):
In this mode, the device measures the angle relative to the true horizontal plane (factory absolute horizontal zero).
- Place the inclinometer on any surface.
- The displayed value is the angle relative to the horizontal.

Relative Measurement:
This mode allows you to measure the angle of other planes relative to a chosen datum plane.
- Place the inclinometer on your desired measuring datum (e.g., a surface you want to use as your 'zero' reference). The display will show the angle relative to the horizontal plane.
- Short press the ZERO key to set this current position as 0.00°.
- Move the inclinometer to the plane you wish to measure. The display will now show the angle relative to your set datum plane.

Laser Operation:
Use the Power/Laser button to cycle through laser modes:
- Short press once: Right laser activates.
- Short press twice: Left laser activates.
- Short press three times: Both lasers activate (bilateral laser).
- Short press four times: Lasers turn off.

Data Hold:
Short press the HOLD button to freeze the current measurement on the display. Press again to release.
Angle/Slope Conversion:
Long press the HOLD button for 2 seconds to switch the display between angle (degrees) and slope percentage (%).

360° Measurement and Automatic Digit Flip:
The inclinometer can measure angles in any orientation (4x90°). The display will automatically rotate to ensure the numbers are always upright and easy to read, regardless of the device's position.

Demonstration Video:
This video demonstrates the digital inclinometer's features including magnetic attachment, 360-degree measurement, data hold function, relative measurement setup, and switching between different laser modes (single left, single right, bilateral).
8. Charging
The inclinometer is equipped with a built-in 3.7V lithium battery. To charge, connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the device's charging port and plug the other end into a standard USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter). The battery indicator on the display will show the charging status. A full charge provides ultra-long battery life for extended use.
9. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the inclinometer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan.
- Calibration: The device is factory calibrated. If you suspect a calibration issue, refer to the specific instructions in the included YHQ-JC100 manual for any user-accessible calibration procedures.
10. Troubleshooting
- Device not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again.
- Inaccurate readings: Ensure the surface is clean and free of debris. Recalibrate if necessary (refer to manual).
- Laser not activating: Check battery level. Cycle through laser modes using the power button as described in Section 5.
- Display not responding: Try powering off and on again. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
