2.1 Unpacking and Placement

Carefully unpack your JmGO X3 projector and ensure all components are present. Choose a stable, flat surface for placement. The projector can be placed on a table, mounted on a tripod, or ceiling-mounted.

2.2 Projection Distance and Screen Size

The JmGO X3 offers flexible projection distances to achieve various screen sizes:

2.3 Power Connection

  • No image/poor image quality: Ensure all cables are securely connected. Check focus and keystone correction settings. Verify the input source is correctly selected.
  • System language/Google services: The projector's original Chinese OS does not support Google services or other languages directly. It is recommended to use an external TV box (e.g., Android TV box) for multi-language support and access to Google Play Store.
  • Slow online video playback: The projector supports 4K HEVC H2.65 decoding, which can transmit higher quality network video with half the original bandwidth. Ensure your internet connection is stable and sufficient for 4K streaming.
  • Overheating: Ensure the projector's vents are not blocked and the removable metal filters are clean.
