Operating Instructions

The LenxTi VE3.2 burner controller operates automatically once correctly installed and powered. It manages the following sequence:

  1. Pre-purge (TV): The controller initiates a pre-purge cycle for 30 seconds to clear any residual gases from the combustion chamber before ignition.
  2. Ignition: After pre-purge, the ignition sequence begins, activating the ignition electrode and opening the gas valve.
  3. Flame Supervision: The flame sensor continuously monitors the presence of a flame. If a flame is not detected within the safety time (TS) of 2 seconds, or if the flame is lost during operation, the controller will initiate a safety shutdown.
  4. Normal Operation: Once a stable flame is established, the controller maintains burner operation.
  5. Safety Shutdown: In case of any fault (e.g., flame failure, pressure guard activation), the controller will shut down the burner safely and lock out, requiring a manual reset.

To start the burner, ensure all safety interlocks are satisfied and activate the main burner switch. The controller will then proceed through its automatic sequence.

To stop the burner, deactivate the main burner switch. The controller will safely shut down the system.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your burner control system. Always disconnect power before performing any maintenance.

For any internal maintenance or repairs, contact a qualified service technician.

Troubleshooting

If the burner system fails to operate correctly, consider the following basic troubleshooting steps. For complex issues, consult a qualified technician.

Always prioritize safety. If you are unsure about any troubleshooting step, contact a professional.
