4. Setup

- Select Program: Use the control panel to select one of the 5 preset programs (Slushie, Frappe, Milk Shake, Cocktail, Wine) or the 'Clean' function.
- Start: Press the 'Start/Stop' button to begin the freezing process. The machine will automatically mix and freeze the ingredients.
- Dispense: Once the desired consistency is reached (typically 15-60 minutes), pull the self-serve handle to dispense your frozen drink.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

6.1 Self-Cleaning Function
