  1. Unpacking

Carefully remove the refrigerator from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Keep all packaging materials until you are satisfied with the product.

  2. Placement

Place the refrigerator on a stable, level surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit, especially near the heat dissipation mesh. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.

  3. Power Connection

    • DC Power (12V/24V): For in-car use, insert the DC power cord into the refrigerator's DC input and then into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket (12V-14V). The unit is compatible with both 12V and 24V DC systems.
    • AC Power (110-240V): For home or stationary use, connect the AC adapter to the refrigerator's AC input, then plug the AC power cord into the adapter and a standard 110-240V wall socket.

  5. Battery Protection Settings

4. Maintenance

  1. Cleaning the Interior

To clean the interior, unplug the unit and remove all contents. Use a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent and water. Wipe thoroughly and dry completely before reconnecting power. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

  2. Drain Hole

Some models are equipped with a drain hole for easy cleaning and defrosting. Open the drain plug to allow water to escape, then close it securely after cleaning.

  3. Exterior Cleaning

Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid getting water into the control panel or ventilation areas.

  4. Ventilation

Ensure the heat dissipation mesh is kept clear of obstructions to maintain efficient operation and prevent overheating.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Refrigerator not turning on: Check power connections (DC or AC). Ensure the power source is active. Verify the power switch is pressed.
  • Insufficient cooling: Ensure the lid is properly closed. Check for obstructions around the ventilation areas. Verify the temperature setting is appropriate. If using DC power, check the battery protection setting (H/M/L); a high setting might cut power prematurely if the vehicle battery is low.
  • Display errors: If the digital panel shows an error code, consult the specific model's detailed manual or contact customer support.
  • Excessive noise: While the unit is designed for low noise operation, ensure it is placed on a stable surface and not vibrating against other objects. Check for any loose parts.

7. User Tips

  • Cooling vs. Freezing: The refrigerator can be used for both cooling and freezing. To achieve cooling temperatures (e.g., for drinks), set the temperature to a higher value within the range (e.g., 0℃ to 10℃). For freezing, set it to a lower value (e.g., -20℃).
  • Pre-cooling: For optimal performance, pre-cool the refrigerator at home using AC power before loading it with items and taking it on the road.
  • Efficient Loading: Pack items efficiently to maximize space. The removable internal basket can help organize contents.
  • Stability: The refrigerator is designed to be stable even when tilted up to 45°. However, for best performance and to prevent spills, keep it as level as possible during operation.
