  1. Power On: Long press the power button to turn on the device. The OLED screen will display the current temperature and settings.
  2. Temperature Adjustment: Use the arrow keys (left/right) to navigate the menu and adjust the desired temperature. The temperature range is 100°C to 450°C (212°F to 842°F).
  3. Quick Heat-up: The device heats up rapidly. Monitor the temperature on the OLED screen.
  4. Welding Steps:
    • Warm Up: Plug in the power supply, hold the electric soldering iron in your hand, and keep the soldering iron head vertical or slightly tilted for operation.
    • Dipped in Rosin: After preheating is completed, dip the soldering iron tip in rosin.
    • Upper Tin: Add an appropriate amount of tin wire to the soldering iron tip to fully melt it.
    • Welding: Melt the tin wire and wrap the solder joint.
    • Clean Up: There are impurities on the soldering iron head; you can clean it up on a soaked sponge.
    • Cooling: Place the soldering iron carefully to prevent burns and allow the solder joints to cool naturally.
  5. Automatic Shutdown: The device features an automatic shutdown function to prevent burns and save power. You can set the sleep time in the settings menu (5/10/15/20 minutes or OFF).
