2. Safety Instructions

• Eye Safety: Do not look directly into the LED light. The high intensity beam can cause temporary vision impairment or permanent eye damage.

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the flashlight. Connect the provided Type-C USB charging cable to the flashlight's charging port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port). The LED power indicator lights will illuminate to show charging progress. All four lights will be solid when fully charged.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off and Mode Switching

Press the power button to turn the flashlight on. Subsequent presses will cycle through the available lighting modes:

1. Strong Light Mode: For maximum brightness and long-range illumination.
2. Low Light Mode: For extended battery life and close-range tasks.
3. Burst Mode: A flashing light for signaling or disorienting.

To turn off the flashlight, press and hold the power button for a few seconds, or cycle through all modes until it turns off.

6.2 Zoom Function

The L-39 features a tactical slider zoom. To adjust the beam focus, slide the head of the flashlight forward or backward. Sliding it forward narrows the beam for a concentrated long-range spot, while sliding it backward widens the beam for a broader floodlight effect.

6.3 Power Bank Function

The flashlight can also serve as an emergency power bank. Open the protective cover on the side to reveal the USB output port. Connect your mobile phone or other USB-powered device to this port using a compatible USB cable to charge it.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the flashlight body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

• Flashlight not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and check the LED power indicator.
• Light is dim: The battery level may be low. Recharge the flashlight fully.
• Charging not working: Check if the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the flashlight and the power source. Try a different cable or power source. Ensure the charging port is clean and free of debris.
• Zoom function is stiff: Clean the zoom mechanism area with a soft cloth. Avoid applying excessive force.
