  • Bluetooth Mode: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is paired (Fn + A/S/D). Try re-pairing the device. Check battery level.
  • Battery: Charge the keyboard fully.

2. Keys Not Registering or Double Typing

  • Hot-Swappable Switches: Carefully remove the affected switch using the switch puller. Check if the pins are bent. Straighten them if necessary and reinsert the switch firmly.
  • Debris: Clean under the keycap and around the switch with compressed air.

3. RGB Lighting Issues

  • Ensure the keyboard is powered on and charged.
  • Check QMK/VIA software settings for RGB configuration.
  • Perform a factory reset (refer to QMK/VIA documentation for your specific firmware).

4. Connectivity Lag

  • Wireless Modes: Ensure the keyboard is close to the receiver/device and there are no major obstructions. Avoid interference from other wireless devices.
