2. Compatibility

Important Notice: Please verify your car's system before purchase. This product is ONLY compatible with the NBT System. It is NOT compatible with EVO systems (ID5, ID6, ID7 menu) or CIC systems.

4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Pre-Installation Checks
- Ensure your vehicle is turned off and the battery is disconnected before starting installation.
- Confirm your car's system is NBT (refer to Compatibility section).
4.2 Installation Steps
- Carefully remove your original car display and access the wiring behind it.
- Connect the provided wiring harness to your car's existing connectors.
- Fiber Optics Cable: If your OEM connector has a green fiber optics cable, you must move it to the new connector on the provided wiring harness. This step is crucial for proper functionality.
- Connect the new multimedia display unit to the new wiring harness.
- Secure the new display unit in place.
- Reconnect the car battery and turn on the ignition to test.

4.3 Initial Settings
After installation, you may need to adjust some settings for optimal performance:
- Accessing OEM System:
Navigate toSetting > System > Factory (code 8866) > Car Setup. Choose the correct version for your car to enter the OEM system. - Audio Output:
Within the OEM system, set the sound output to AUX. This is essential for audio to function through the new display. If you experience no sound, ensure the AUX cable is plugged into your car's AUX port. - Reverse Camera Settings:
Go toSetting > Reverse. If you have an original factory camera, select "Original". If you have an aftermarket camera, select "CVBS-NTSC". This will ensure your car camera displays correctly on the screen. - Original Menu Display:
If the original menu is not displayed normally or completely, go toSetting > Factory setting (8866) > OEM Display Areaand select "Full".
