Setup

  1. Connect the Keyboard: Use the provided anti-interference USB cable to connect your XVX HE68 keyboard to an available USB port on your computer. The keyboard is wired and does not require batteries.

The HE68 features ultra-responsive Hall Effect switches with a rapid trigger function, allowing for quick key presses and resets. The actuation and reset range can be adjusted between 0.2mm and 3.5mm for personalized sensitivity. The keyboard boasts an 8000Hz polling rate, providing a 0.125ms response time for competitive gaming.

2. RGB Lighting Control

The keyboard features 16M+ colors with bottom-lit RGB and 23 pre-set lighting effects. You can control the lighting directly from the keyboard using FN key combinations:

  • FN + T: Toggle lights On/Off.
  • FN + Y: Switch lighting colors.
  • FN + U: Switch between different lighting effects.

4. Hot-Swap Switches

  • Dust Removal: Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keycaps and switches regularly.

  • Switch Care: The Gateron EF Magnetic PRO switches are designed for durability. If a switch falters, you can easily replace it using the hot-swap feature and a spare switch.

Troubleshooting

Keyboard Not Responding

  • Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and your computer.
  • Try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port.
  • Test the keyboard on another computer to rule out system-specific issues.

RGB Lighting Issues

  • Check the FN key combinations (FN+T, FN+Y, FN+U) to ensure lighting is enabled and set correctly.

Resetting the Keyboard
