1. Product Overview

The ICEVOKE Bottom Loading Water Cooler Dispenser provides convenient access to hot, room temperature, and cold water. Designed for ease of use and safety, it accommodates standard 3 or 5-gallon water bottles without the need for heavy lifting or plumbing installation.

2. Setup and Installation

Unpacking:

  1. Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging.

  3. Remove all packing materials, including any tape or protective films.

Placement:

  • Place the dispenser on a flat, stable surface.
  • Ensure there is adequate space (at least 4 inches) around the back and sides for proper ventilation.
  • Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
  • This unit does not require plumbing; simply plug it into a standard electrical outlet.

Initial Cleaning and Flushing:

  1. Before first use, clean the removable drip tray with mild soap and water.
  2. Load a new water bottle (see 'Loading Water Bottle' section).
  3. Dispense and discard at least two cups of water from each spout (hot, room, cold) to flush the internal lines. This ensures any manufacturing residue is removed.

Power Connection:

  • Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  • Allow approximately 15-30 minutes for the water to reach desired temperatures after plugging in.

3. Operating Instructions

Loading Water Bottle:

The bottom-loading design simplifies bottle replacement.

  1. Open the lower cabinet door.
  2. Insert the probe into the new 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
  3. Slide the bottle into the cabinet.
  4. Close the cabinet door securely.

Dispensing Water:

  • Place a cup under the desired spout (Hot, Normal/Room, or Cold).
  • For Cold or Room Temperature Water: Press the corresponding dispensing button.
  • For Hot Water: This dispenser features a child safety lock. To dispense hot water, first slide the red safety lock button (located above the hot water spout) and then press the hot water dispensing button simultaneously.

Empty Bottle Warning:

  • The dispenser is equipped with an empty bottle warning system.
  • An audible alarm will sound when the water bottle is empty and needs to be replaced.

4. Maintenance

UV Self-Cleaning:

  • The dispenser includes a built-in UV sterilization system.
  • This automatic cleaning process helps ensure the water and internal tanks are free from biofilm and other contaminants, promoting healthy drinking water.
  • No manual intervention is typically required for the UV cleaning cycle.

Removable Drip Tray:

  • The drip tray is designed to collect spills and is easily removable for cleaning.
  • To clean, slide out the drip tray, empty any collected water, and wash with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry before reinserting.
  • Regular cleaning of the drip tray prevents water overflow and maintains hygiene.

Exterior Cleaning:

  • Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish.

5. Troubleshooting
