Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

Setup
- Unpacking: Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (baking tray, fry basket, wire rack, crumb tray, tray handle) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Placement: Place the oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) of clear space on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place it near flammable materials or under cabinets.
- Power Connection: Ensure your power outlet matches the appliance's specifications (AC 230V, 50Hz). Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The oven is equipped with a UK plug type.
- First Use Burn-Off: It is recommended to run the oven empty for about 15 minutes at 200°C (400°F) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this process; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

Control Panel Overview
The HOMCOM Air Fryer Oven features a simple control panel with four rotary knobs:
- Left Knob (Oven Temp / Warm): Sets the oven temperature from 90°C to 230°C. Also includes a 'Warm' setting.
- Second Knob (Function / Air Fry): Selects the cooking function. This oven offers 7 heating modes, including an 'Air Fry' setting.
- Third Knob (Oven Temp / Warm): Another temperature control knob, typically for specific heating elements or zones depending on the selected function.
- Right Knob (Timer): Sets the cooking time up to 60 minutes. Includes an 'OFF' position.
Rack Positions
The oven features 4 flexible rack positions to accommodate various food sizes and cooking needs.

Basic Operation
- Prepare Food: Place your food on the appropriate accessory (baking tray, fry basket, or wire rack).
- Insert Accessory: Slide the accessory into one of the 4 flexible rack positions inside the oven.
- Set Temperature: Turn the 'Oven Temp' knob(s) to your desired cooking temperature (90°C - 230°C).
- Select Function: Turn the 'Function' knob to select one of the 7 heating modes, such as 'Air Fry', 'Bake', 'Roast', or 'Grill'.
- Set Timer: Turn the 'Timer' knob to your desired cooking time (up to 60 minutes). The oven will start cooking once the timer is set.
- Monitor Cooking: The inner light and viewing glass window allow you to monitor your food without opening the door.
- Completion: The oven will automatically turn off and a bell will sound when the timer reaches zero. Carefully remove food using the tray handle or oven mitts.

The 360° hot air circulation system allows for healthier cooking with up to 85% less oil compared to traditional deep frying.

Care and Maintenance
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Cleaning Accessories: The baking pan, fry basket, wire rack, and crumb tray are machine washable for easy cleaning. Alternatively, wash them with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Cleaning Interior: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive sponge. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Cleaning Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the oven in water or any other liquid.
- Crumb Tray: Regularly remove and clean the crumb tray located at the bottom of the oven to prevent grease buildup and potential fire hazards.
- Storage: Ensure the oven is clean and dry before storing. Store it in a cool, dry place.
