Setup

Operating Steps:

1. Power On: Locate the main power switch (green button) and press it to turn on the machine. The machine features an Emergency Stop Switch (red button) for immediate shutdown in case of an emergency.
2. Adjusting for Wire Size: Use the adjustment knobs on top of the machine to set the appropriate blade depth and roller pressure for the specific wire gauge you are stripping. Proper adjustment ensures clean cuts and prevents damage to the inner conductors.
3. Feeding the Wire: Carefully insert the end of the wire into the appropriate feeding hole. The machine has multiple holes to accommodate different wire diameters.
4. Stripping Process: The machine will automatically pull the wire through and strip the insulation at a speed of approximately 75 feet per minute. Guide the wire steadily.
5. Power Off: Once stripping is complete or if you need to pause, press the red Emergency Stop Switch or the main power switch (red button) to turn off the machine.
