5. Setup

  1. Unpack the vacuum sealer and all accessories.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Vacuum Sealing Process

Follow these steps for effective vacuum sealing:

  1. Prepare the Bag: Place the food item into a vacuum bag. Ensure the open end of the bag is clean and dry.
  2. Position the Bag: Put the open end of the bag within the vacuum chamber. Make sure the air intake is not covered by the bag.
  3. Close the Lid: Press the lid down firmly until you hear a click sound, ensuring the bag is securely locked into the chamber.
  4. Select Settings: Select the correct [Food] (Dry/Wet) and [Mode] (Vac Seal/Seal) setting using the soft-touch digital buttons before starting the vacuum-sealing process.
  5. Start Sealing: Press the 'VAC SEAL' button to start the vacuum and sealing process. The machine will automatically vacuum the air and then seal the bag.
  6. Release the Bag: Once the process is complete, press both side buttons simultaneously to release the sealed bag.

6.2 Vacuum Preservation Methods

The BioloMix Vacuum Sealer offers three primary preservation methods:

  • Vacuum Seal: For complete air removal and sealing of food in vacuum bags.
  • Single Seal: For sealing bags without vacuuming, useful for delicate items or bags that are already vacuumed.
  • External Vacuum System: Use the included vacuum sealer hose to vacuum air from external vacuum jars, containers, or wine bottles. Connect the hose to the appliance's air intake port and the container's valve.

6.3 Bag Requirements

To ensure proper sealing, use the correct type of bags:

  • For Vacuum & Seal: Use bags with a single or two-sided reticulate (textured) surface, or bags with a folding angle on both sides.
  • For Seal Only: Bags without a reticulate surface and folding angle can be used for sealing only.

7.1 Cleaning
