1. Product Overview

The Sunnigoo N7 PRO is a foldable electric scooter designed for adults, offering a blend of performance and portability. It features a 350W motor, a top speed of 30km/h, and a range of 25-30km per charge. The scooter is equipped with an LCD display and Bluetooth connectivity for app integration.

2. Setup and Assembly

1. Unfolding the Scooter

   The N7 PRO scooter comes pre-assembled in a folded state. To unfold:

   • Place the scooter on a flat surface.
   • Release the folding mechanism latch located near the base of the handlebar stem.
   • Carefully lift the handlebar stem until it locks into place with an audible click.
   • Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely fastened before use.

2. Initial Charging

   Before first use, fully charge the scooter's battery. The charging time is approximately 4-6 hours.

   • Locate the charging port, usually on the side of the deck.
   • Connect the charger to the scooter, then plug it into a standard 100-240V AC power outlet.
   • The charger indicator light will typically show red during charging and turn green when fully charged.

3. APP Connection (Bluetooth)

   The N7 PRO supports Bluetooth connectivity for enhanced features via a dedicated mobile application.

   • Download the official Sunnigoo app from your smartphone's app store.
   • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
   • Power on the scooter.
   • Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair with your scooter (look for device ID like 'HW_UG0088').
   • The app allows you to view speed, mileage, battery condition, and potentially adjust settings.

3. Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off and Basic Controls

   The scooter features a simple one-button control system.

   • Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button (usually on the display) to turn the scooter on or off.
   • Speed Adjust: Short press the power button to cycle through the 3 available speed modes.
   • Light Switch: Double-press the power button to turn the front headlight and rear taillight on or off.
   • Accelerator: Use the thumb accelerator on the right handlebar to control speed.
   • Brakes: The scooter is equipped with a disc brake and an electric brake. Use the brake lever on the left handlebar to engage the brakes.
   • Bell: A metal ring bell is integrated for signaling.

2. Riding Tips

   • Always start by pushing off with your foot before engaging the accelerator.
   • Maintain a balanced posture and keep both hands on the handlebars.
   • Brake gently and progressively to avoid sudden stops.
   • Be aware of your surroundings and potential obstacles.

1. Battery Care

   • Charge the battery regularly, even if not in use, to prolong its lifespan.
   • Avoid completely draining the battery before recharging.
   • Store the scooter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

2. Tire Maintenance

   The N7 PRO is equipped with 8.5-inch honeycomb tires, which are designed for durability and require minimal maintenance.

   • Regularly inspect tires for any signs of wear or damage.
   • Honeycomb tires offer shock absorption without the need for inflation, eliminating punctures.

3. General Cleaning

   • Wipe down the scooter with a damp cloth after use.
   • Avoid using high-pressure water jets directly on electronic components.

5. Troubleshooting

• Scooter not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Check all cable connections.
• Reduced range or speed: This could indicate a low battery charge, or it might be affected by riding conditions (e.g., uphill, heavy load, cold weather). Ensure tires are in good condition.
• App connectivity issues: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the scooter is powered on. Try restarting both the scooter and your phone.
• Unusual noises: Stop riding immediately and inspect the scooter for any loose parts or damage.
