5.1 Component Identification

1. Speaker Connection: Connect your passive speakers (4-8 Ohms, 30-300W) to the 'AUDIO OUTPUT' terminals on the board. Ensure correct polarity (+ and -).
2. Audio Input: Choose your desired audio source:
   • AUX IN: Connect an audio device using a 3.5mm audio cable to the 'AUX IN' port.
   • USB Audio (Sound Card): Connect the board to a computer via the 'USB AUDIO' port. The board will function as an external sound card.
   • USB Disk: Insert a USB flash drive (FAT32 format, max 32GB) into the 'USB' port for direct playback.
   • Bluetooth: Refer to Section 6.1 for Bluetooth pairing instructions.
3. Power Supply: Connect a DC power supply (5-26V) to the 'DC 5-24V' input terminals. Ensure correct polarity. The higher the voltage (within range), the greater the potential output power.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Volume Control and Power

• The main knob functions as a rotary encoder for volume adjustment. Rotate it 360 degrees for stepless tuning of the volume.
• A short press of the knob will start or stop playback.
• A long press of the knob will power the device on or off.

6.2 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Power on the amplifier board. The blue LED indicator will flash quickly, indicating it is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
2. On your mobile device, search for Bluetooth devices and select 'XinYi' to connect.
3. Once connected, the blue LED will enter a long light state (solid blue).
4. To play music, open your mobile music application. The blue LED will flash slowly, indicating playback mode.

Important: Do not connect directly to 'Sinilink-APP' during initial Bluetooth pairing. If already connected, unpair and search for 'XinYi' again.

6.3 Mobile APP Control (Sinilink APP)

The XY-C100L supports control via the Sinilink mobile APP, available for both Android and iOS systems. The APP provides visual operation for playback modes and other settings.

1. Download the 'Sinilink' APP from the Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS).
2. When using the APP, ensure that location services are enabled on your mobile phone for proper functionality.

6.4 Audio Input Selection

The Sinilink APP allows you to visually select between different audio input modes: Bluetooth, AUX, USB Disk, and USB Sound Card.

  • Adjust the volume knob.
• Bluetooth Connection Issues:
  • Ensure the amplifier board is in pairing mode (blue LED flashing quickly).
  • On your device, search for 'XinYi', not 'Sinilink-APP'. If already connected to 'Sinilink-APP', unpair and re-search.
  • Make sure your mobile device's Bluetooth is enabled and within range (15m unobstructed).
• APP Control Not Working:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is connected to 'XinYi' (not 'Sinilink-APP' directly).
  • Verify that location services are enabled on your mobile phone for the Sinilink APP.
  • Check if the APP is updated to the latest version.
• Device Not Powering On:
  • Check the power supply connection and ensure it's providing the correct voltage (DC 5-26V).
  • Verify that the power supply is functional.
  • The board has power reverse connection protection; ensure polarity is correct.
• Sudden Shutdown:
  • The board features self-recovery overheating protection. If it shuts down, allow it to cool down. Ensure proper ventilation.
  • Short circuit protection is also integrated. Check speaker wiring for any short circuits.
