5. Setup

5.1 Remote Control Battery Installation

  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
  2. Insert 4 x 1.5V AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

5.2 Boat Battery Installation and Charging

  1. Ensure the boat's power switch is OFF.
  2. Locate the battery compartment on the boat.
  3. Connect the boat's lithium battery to the boat's power connector.
  4. Place the battery securely into the compartment and close the cover.
  5. To charge, connect the boat battery to the provided charger. The charging time is approximately 6-8 hours.
  6. Note: If you have a dual-battery set, only one battery can be used at a time. The other is a spare.

5.3 Propeller Installation

5.4 Initial Pairing and Calibration

  3. The remote control and boat should automatically pair. If not, press the 'Frequency Matching Button' on the remote control.
  4. Place the boat in water. Short press the 'Calibrate Button' on the remote control to perform an automatic calibration for accurate GPS positioning.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic Controls

  • Use the Left and Right Control Robs to steer the boat.
  • Push both control robs forward to move the boat forward.
  • Pull both control robs backward to move the boat backward.
  • Push one rob forward and pull the other backward to turn the boat.
  • Use the Left and Right Trim buttons to fine-tune the boat's straight-line movement.

  2. Use the 'Left Silo Button' and 'Right Silo Button' on the remote control to independently open and release bait from the respective tanks.

  1. Setting Positioning Points: Navigate the boat to your desired location and press the 'Position Setting Button' on the remote control to save the point. The boat can store up to 40 positioning points.
  2. Navigating to a Point: Select a saved point using the remote control's navigation buttons. The boat can automatically navigate to the selected point.
  3. Automatic Return: If the boat's battery is low or the signal is lost for an extended period, it will automatically return to its origin point. You can also manually initiate an automatic return by pressing the 'Back to Origin Button' (short press to cancel).
