Usage and Care
Charging and Maintenance:
- New batteries are generally not fully charged. Before initial use, discharge the battery to approximately 5% remaining power, then fully charge it.
- Avoid completely draining the battery to 0%, as this can lead to charging issues and degradation of battery performance.
- For best results, charge the battery while the device is off until the power indicator turns green or off.
- The battery typically requires three to four full charge and discharge cycles to achieve its highest efficiency.
- A slight temperature increase during charging and discharging is normal.
- If the battery will be idle for an extended period, it is recommended to charge it once a month to maintain the health of the lithium-ion cells.
- Even when fully charged, batteries naturally discharge over time. Recharge the battery if it has been stored for a period before use.

Troubleshooting
New Battery Not Charging Fully:
If your new battery does not charge fully on the first attempt, this is usually not a defect. When a device charges a battery for the first time, due to initial instability in voltage and current, the device might stop charging when the battery is only partially charged (sometimes more, sometimes less). If this occurs, please do not worry. Simply use up all the remaining power and then recharge the battery again. The initial activation of the battery may require several repetitions of this full discharge-recharge cycle. This behavior is considered normal for new batteries.
Warranty and Support
This RozFaro battery product is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, if the battery is found to be damaged or defective due to non-human reasons, you may return it for a replacement.
The buyer is responsible for the return freight costs associated with sending the defective unit back. Upon receipt and verification of the defective spare parts, a replacement unit will be shipped to you within 3-5 working days.
