6. Maintenance
6.1 Dust Filter Cleaning
The case is equipped with dust nets to prevent dust buildup. Regularly remove and clean these dust nets to maintain optimal airflow and cooling performance. The quick-release design makes this process simple.
6.2 General Cleaning
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior panels, including the glass side panels and touchscreen. For stubborn smudges on glass, a mild glass cleaner can be used, applied to the cloth first, not directly to the surface.
6.3 Component Access
The magnetic panels and quick-release mechanisms allow for easy access to internal components for upgrades or deeper cleaning. Always power off and unplug your PC before opening the case.
7. Troubleshooting
- System not powering on: Double-check all power connections from the power supply to the motherboard, CPU, and graphics card. Ensure the front panel power switch is correctly connected to the motherboard.
- No display on monitor: Verify that your graphics card is properly seated and connected to the power supply. Ensure the monitor cable is securely connected to both the graphics card and the monitor.
- Overheating issues: Confirm that all case fans are installed correctly and spinning. Check for any obstructions to airflow. Ensure CPU cooler and AIO radiator are properly mounted and functioning. Clean dust filters regularly.
- Touchscreen not responding: Ensure the touchscreen's data and power cables are securely connected. Check if the necessary drivers or software are installed and up to date.
8. User Tips
- Cooling Components: The VALKYRIE VK03 is a PC case only. It does not come with pre-installed fans or CPU cooling solutions (like AIOs or air coolers). Remember to purchase these components separately to ensure proper cooling for your system.
- Complete System: This product is a computer case, not a complete PC. You will need to acquire a motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, and power supply separately to build a functional computer.
- Cable Management: Take advantage of the backplane motherboard support and ample routing options to achieve a clean and organized build, enhancing both aesthetics and airflow.
9. Warranty and Support
