1. Introduction

The MERACH Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is designed to provide a full-body workout through high-frequency vibrations. 2. Important Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

  • Consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.
  • Do not use the machine if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or suffer from severe heart conditions, epilepsy, or acute thrombosis.
  • Ensure the machine is placed on a flat, stable surface before use.
  • Keep children and pets away from the machine during operation.
  • Do not exceed the maximum user weight of 330 lbs (150 kg).
  • Always ensure the power cord is securely connected and not damaged.
  • Do not immerse the machine in water or expose it to excessive moisture.
  • Stop exercising immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or experience any pain.

4. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Placement: Place the vibration plate on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is enough space around the machine for safe exercise.
  3. Stability Check: The machine is equipped with anti-slip suction cups on the bottom for enhanced stability. Ensure these are firmly gripping the floor before use.
  4. Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the machine's power input and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press the power button on the LED touch panel or the remote control to turn the machine on or off.

5.2 Modes and Speed Adjustment

The vibration plate offers 7 automatic modes and 99 adjustable speeds. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the control panel or remote to adjust the speed. The LED display will show the current time and speed.

5.3 Remote Control

The multi-function remote control allows you to conveniently adjust settings such as power, mode, speed, and music playback without interrupting your workout.

5.4 Bluetooth Music Playback

To enjoy music during your workout:

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or audio device.
  2. Select the Bluetooth option on the vibration plate (usually indicated by a Bluetooth icon on the control panel).
  3. Pair your device with the vibration plate. The machine will act as a speaker.
  4. Control music playback (play/pause, skip tracks) using the remote control or your connected device.

5.5 Using Loop Bands

Attach the included loop bands to the designated attachment points on the vibration plate. These bands can be used to perform various upper body and core exercises, such as bicep curls and arm abductions, while benefiting from the vibration.

5.6 Exercise Suggestions

The vibration plate can be used for a variety of exercises. Here are some examples:

  • Standing: Stand on the plate with knees slightly bent for general vibration benefits.
  • Squats: Perform squats on the plate to engage leg and glute muscles.
  • Lunges: Step one foot onto the plate and perform lunges to strengthen legs.
  • Side-sitting: Sit on the plate with your core engaged for abdominal training.
  • Upper Body: Use the loop bands for bicep curls, arm abductions, and other arm exercises.

Remember to maintain proper form and listen to your body. Start with lower speeds and shorter durations, gradually increasing as you become comfortable.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the surface of the machine with a soft, damp cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the machine in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Inspection: Regularly inspect the power cord and all components for any signs of wear or damage. If any damage is found, discontinue use and contact customer support.

7. Troubleshooting
