6. User Tips
- Network Compatibility: Before inserting a SIM card, verify that your carrier's frequency bands are supported by the DW100 to ensure optimal cellular connectivity.
- Battery Optimization: To extend battery life, adjust screen brightness, limit background app refresh, and disable unnecessary features like Wi-Fi or GPS when not in use.
- App Management: Regularly review and manage background applications to prevent excessive battery drain and improve overall performance.
- Water Resistance: The watch is "Life Waterproof," meaning it can withstand splashes and brief exposure to water, but it is not suitable for swimming, diving, or high-pressure water activities.
7. Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the watch screen and body with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Strap Care: Clean the strap regularly, especially if it's silicone, to prevent skin irritation. Use mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reattaching.
- Avoid Extreme Conditions: Do not expose the watch to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or corrosive liquids.
- Water Exposure: While "Life Waterproof," avoid submerging the watch in water for extended periods or exposing it to high-velocity water. Dry the watch thoroughly if it gets wet.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| Watch does not power on | Ensure the watch is fully charged. Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds. |
| Cannot connect to cellular network | Check if the Nano SIM card is correctly inserted. Verify that your SIM card supports the watch's frequency bands. Ensure cellular data is enabled in settings. |

| Battery drains quickly | Reduce screen brightness, disable always-on display, turn off Wi-Fi/GPS/Bluetooth when not needed. Close background applications. |
| Apps not downloading/updating | Check Wi-Fi or cellular data connection. Ensure sufficient storage space is available. Clear cache for the app store. |
| Health monitoring data is inaccurate | Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist. Clean the sensors on the back of the watch. Avoid excessive movement during measurements. |
