5. Setup Guide
5.1 Environmental Requirements
- Working Environment Temperature: 15-30°C
- Relative Humidity: 40-60%
- Ensure a stable, level surface for the printer.
5.2 Initial Assembly and Connection
- Carefully remove the printer from its packaging.
- Assemble the stand if it came disassembled, ensuring all wheels are securely attached.
- Connect the power cable to the printer and a suitable power outlet (Other plug type).
- Connect the printer to your computer using a Gigabit network port cable.
5.3 Ink and Film Loading
- Fill the Ink Tank Continuous Feed System with the appropriate UV inks (CMYK+W+V). Refer to the ink filling instructions provided with your ink set.
- Load the A film onto the automatic winding reel function. Ensure it is properly aligned and secured.
5.4 Software Installation
- Install the provided Driver Software and RIP Software on your computer. The printer supports Windows XP/7/8/10/11.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Basic Printing Process

- Print Pattern to Film A: Design your pattern using the provided software. Send the print job to the printer, which will print the CMYK, White, and Varnish layers onto Film A in one pass.
- Cover with Film B: Once printing on Film A is complete, use the automatic winding function to laminate Film A with Film B. This transfers the printed pattern from Film A to Film B.
- Cut the Pattern: Carefully cut out the desired pattern from the combined A and B films.
- Tear off Film B: Peel off Film B, leaving the printed design on Film A.
- Stick it on the Object: Apply the design (still on Film A) to your desired object. Ensure firm and even pressure.
- Tear off Film A: Carefully peel off Film A, leaving the transferred design permanently adhered to the object.
6.2 Printing Capabilities
