1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the CUKTECH 10 Power Bank Plus. This portable charger is designed to provide high-speed charging for a wide range of devices, including laptops, smartphones, and other gadgets. With its 15000mAh capacity and 120W maximum output, it ensures your devices stay powered throughout the day. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Upon unboxing, please verify that all the following items are included in your package:

3. Setup and Initial Use

3.1 Charging the Power Bank

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your CUKTECH 10 Power Bank Plus. Use the included 240W 6A USB-C to USB-C cable and a compatible power adapter (not included) to charge the power bank via its Type-C input port. The power bank supports up to 100W MAX high-speed self-charging.

  • Connect the USB-C cable to the power bank's IN1 (Type-C1) port.
  • Connect the other end of the cable to a suitable power adapter.
  • The TFT color screen will display the charging status and percentage.

A full charge can take approximately 75 minutes with a 100W charger.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Charging Your Devices

The CUKTECH 10 Power Bank Plus features ADC 2.0 Adaptive Fast Charging, compatible with various fast charging protocols including PD, PPS, QC, FCP, SCP, and UFCS. It offers multiple output ports for versatile charging.

4.1.1 Connecting Devices

  • Connect your device to the power bank using a compatible charging cable.
  • The power bank has two Type-C output ports (OUT1, OUT2) and one USB-A output port (OUT3).
  • For optimal fast charging, use the included 240W 6A USB-C cable, especially for Xiaomi devices supporting 120W flash charging.

4.1.2 Low Current Charging Mode

The power bank supports a low current charging mode, ideal for charging small devices like smartwatches, Bluetooth earbuds, and fitness trackers. This mode prevents overcharging and ensures safe charging for sensitive electronics.

4.1.3 Multiple Port Output Configurations

4.2 TFT Color Screen Display

The multifunctional TFT color screen provides real-time information about the power bank's status and charging parameters.

  • Charge and Discharge Power Visualization: Displays current charge/discharge power, remaining time, and percentage.

5. Maintenance and Care

5.1 Battery Care

The CUKTECH 10 Power Bank Plus uses high-quality lithium-ion battery cells with built-in dual NTC temperature measurement for enhanced safety and longevity. The battery is designed to maintain at least 70% capacity after over a thousand charge cycles.

  • Avoid fully discharging the power bank regularly to prolong battery life.
  • Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • If storing for an extended period, charge it to about 50-70% capacity.

5.2 Cleaning

Wipe the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the surface or internal components.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your power bank, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Power bank not charging: Ensure the charging cable and adapter are working correctly and properly connected. Check the power bank's screen for any error messages.
  • Device not charging: Ensure your device's cable is properly connected to the power bank and your device. Check if the power bank has sufficient charge. Try a different port or cable.
  • Slow charging: Ensure your cable and adapter support fast charging protocols (PD, QC, etc.). Some devices may limit charging speed based on battery level or temperature.
  • Overheating: The power bank has built-in temperature protection. If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect it from all devices and allow it to cool down.
