Viewing Data

Click the 'MENU' button on the panel to cycle through and view the ampere hour (Ah) and watt hour (Wh) usage data.

Resetting Data

To reset the accumulated data for timing, ampere hour, and watt hour to zero, long press the 'MENU' button for 3 seconds.

Manual Calibration

The current and voltage readings can be manually calibrated if needed. Refer to the detailed instructions provided in the product packaging or contact support for advanced calibration procedures.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your KWS-DC200, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • No Display: Check the power supply connections to ensure the device is receiving the correct voltage (8-120V).
  • Incorrect Readings: Verify all wiring connections are correct according to the diagrams in Section 3. Ensure the appropriate shunt is used for the 50A/100A models. If readings are slightly off, manual calibration might be required (refer to Section 4).
  • No Current Reading (50A/100A models): Confirm the external shunt is correctly installed in series with the load and the meter's current sensing wires are connected across the shunt terminals.
  • Data Not Resetting: Ensure you are long-pressing the 'MENU' button for at least 3 seconds to reset the data.

If problems persist, please contact customer support for further assistance.

7. User Tips

  • Always ensure the power supply voltage for the meter itself is within the 8-120V range.
  • For accurate current measurements on 50A and 100A models, use the correct external shunt and ensure it is properly installed.
  • When measuring voltages outside the 8-120V range (up to 200V), an external power supply for the meter is required.
  • The color display provides clear visibility from various angles, making it easy to monitor multiple parameters at a glance.

8. Warranty and Support
