Button Configuration

The Ortizan X30 speaker features intuitive button controls for easy operation. Refer to the diagram and table below for a detailed overview of each button's function.

Note: Some models include a physical reset key (hidden in the AUX-in port). To reset, insert a hard stick into the port.

How to Use

1. Bluetooth Mode

1. Turn on the X30 speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth mode (the blue light will flash, indicating it's waiting for pairing).
2. On your phone or device, turn on Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "X30" from the list to pair.

2. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Mode

True Wireless Stereo allows two Bluetooth speakers to be paired together to play music simultaneously, providing 3D stereo surround sound.

1. Turn on both X30 speakers. Ensure they are disconnected from any other Bluetooth devices.
2. Hold one of the speakers and press the ⏻ button twice. You will hear a prompt tone, indicating it has entered TWS pairing mode.
3. Once connected, you will hear "True Wireless Stereo Paired". The blue light on the main speaker (left channel) will flash, and the indicator on the auxiliary speaker (right channel) will remain solid.
4. To disconnect TWS, press the ⏻ button twice on either speaker.
5. In TWS mode, only the main speaker (left channel) supports hands-free calling; the right channel speaker will be silent during calls.

3. TF Card Mode

1. Insert a TF Card (user-supplied) into the speaker's TF card slot. The speaker will automatically enter TF Card mode and begin playing audio from the card.

Note: TF cards must be 32GB or smaller and support WAV/APE/MP3 formats.

4. AUX-in Mode

1. Connect the speaker to your non-Bluetooth device using the supplied 3.5mm audio cable. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX-in mode.

Note 1: After plugging in an audio cable, the speaker will automatically switch to Aux-in Mode.

Note 2: Most computer USB power supplies do not meet the speaker's charging standards. Do not charge the speaker via a computer's USB port while the speaker is operating in AUX-IN mode.

5. Auto Power Off

The speaker will automatically power off after 20 minutes if it is not paired with any Bluetooth device or if no audio is played after pairing. The speaker will also power off automatically when the battery is low.6. Charging

Connect the supplied Type-C charging cable to the speaker's charging interface and a suitable power source (DC 5V/2A).

Care & Maintenance

• Do not use detergents or cleaning materials containing chemicals, as they may damage the product.
• Do not disassemble the product. It contains no user-serviceable parts.
• Avoid dropping or jumping on the product. Handle with care for optimal performance.
• Store the product in a dry location. Dust, dirt, and moisture can accumulate and affect performance if stored in an unsuitable environment.
• Do not dispose of the product in fire, as batteries may explode or leak.

Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the speaker is charged. If the battery is low, it will automatically power off.
• Cannot Pair Bluetooth: Make sure the speaker is in Bluetooth mode (blue light flashing). Check that your device's Bluetooth is on and within range. Disconnect from other Bluetooth devices if necessary.
• No Sound: Check volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct input mode (Bluetooth, TF Card, AUX) is selected.
• TWS Pairing Issues: Ensure both speakers are turned on and disconnected from other Bluetooth devices before attempting TWS pairing.
• Speaker Unresponsive: If the speaker becomes unresponsive, try performing a reset by inserting a hard stick into the hidden reset key within the AUX-in port (if applicable to your model).

User Tips

• For the best sound experience, experiment with the 3 EQ modes (Voice, Pop, Bass) to find the one that suits your music genre.
• Utilize the TWS pairing feature with a second X30 speaker for a more immersive stereo sound, especially for larger gatherings or outdoor events.
• Remember to fully charge the speaker before extended outdoor use to maximize its long playtime.
• The IPX7 waterproof rating makes it suitable for poolside or beach use, but always ensure the charging port cover is securely closed to prevent water ingress.
