2. Applicable Models & Years

This unit is compatible with the following car model:

  • Renault Kangoo: 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025

Important Note:

Years are for reference only. Please confirm the shape and size of your vehicle's center console before installation. There are two main console types, Type A and Type B. Ensure you have the correct unit for your vehicle's console type.

5. Installation Guide

Professional installation is recommended. If you are unsure, consult a qualified technician.

5.1 Pre-Installation Check

  • Verify that the product model and year match your car.
  • Compare the installation position of the product with your car's dashboard.
  • Ensure the power cable interface is compatible with your car. Not all original car interfaces need to be connected.

If you cannot determine compatibility, provide pictures of your original car radio's front and back interfaces to customer support.

5.2 Connecting the Cables

Refer to the following images for power cable and connector pin identification:

5.3 Cooling Fan Installation

The cooling fan is typically installed inside the machine. You do not need to connect the fan cable separately.

5.4 GPS Antenna Installation

A high-speed GPS antenna is included. Position it for optimal signal reception. The signal is stable and the search for satellites is fast.

5.5 Optional Accessories Installation

5.5.1 360° Panoramic Camera

The unit supports easy installation of a 360-degree panoramic driving image system. Parameter debugging can be done via the host device's 360 apk.

5.5.2 OBD Box

The OBD Box can be easily installed in three steps:

  1. Find the original OBD port.
  2. Interface with the product OBD.
  3. Fixed mounting position.

5.5.3 DAB+ Box

After installing the DAB+ Player APK, simply connect the DAB+ BOX USB port to use this feature.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 User Interface and Display

The unit features a personalized UI design with common functions integrated into the desktop. It supports both day and night modes for optimal visibility.

You can manually switch between day and night modes, and customize the vehicle model appearance settings on the display.

6.2 Audio Features

The autoradio is equipped with powerful audio chips including ST TDA7851 amplifier, AKM AK7738 Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and three NE5532 OpAmps, along with a 6800uF filter capacitor for enhanced audio quality.

6.2.1 DSP Settings

The AKM AK7738 DSP offers comprehensive audio adjustments:

  • 32 Band EQ: Support multiple storage and import of custom EQ settings, from 20Hz to 20KHz.
  • Sound Field Settings
  • 5.1 Channel Settings: Adjust channel selection, volume balance, and channel mapping for Front Left (FL), Front Right (FR), Rear Left (RL), Rear Right (RR), Center, and Subwoofer.
  • HPF/LPF Settings: Filter to reduce noise during transmission.
  • Dynamic Digital Bass
  • Horn Delay Settings: Adjust sound consistency by extending time.

6.3 Connectivity

6.3.1 Wi-Fi and 4G Network

The unit supports 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi for optimal internet connectivity. For 4G versions (QS4/QS6/QS8), a 4G LTE antenna and SIM card slot are provided.

6.3.2 Bluetooth 5.4

Enjoy stable and efficient transmission with Bluetooth 5.4, offering improved performance, transmission distance, and depth. It supports aptX-HD and LDAC for lossless audio transmission.

6.3.3 USB Ports

6.3.4 Carplay & Android Auto

The system supports wireless Apple Carplay and wired/wireless Android Auto for seamless smartphone integration.

6.4 Navigation and Multimedia

6.4.1 GPS Navigation

The product supports Google Maps, Herewego, IGO, Sygic, and Yandex. You can connect to Wi-Fi or 4G LTE for online maps or download map APKs for offline use.

6.4.2 Online Radio

With an internet connection, you can listen to online channels without noise interference, offering a wide selection of stations from over 20 countries. Note: This feature may require an additional activation code.

6.4.3 Local Music Playback

The unit supports local music playback from various sources like SD card or USB disk, with options to browse by song, folder, album, or artist.

6.4.4 Split Screen

The split screen feature allows you to run two applications simultaneously, such as navigation and multimedia playback (e.g., Maps & Navigation, ADAS DVR & Navigation).

6.5 Safety and Driving Aids

6.5.1 Rear View System AHD 1080P

The reversing camera system supports up to 1920*1080P display, eliminating blind spots and allowing the driver to see hazards while backing up. You can adjust the reversing track.

6.5.2 ADAS DVR AHD 1080P

Supports video loop recording. The camera automatically overwrites the oldest videos, except for locked emergency videos. Features include Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS), Frontal Collision Warning System (FCWS), and Front Start Warning System (FSWS).

6.5.3 TPMS Function

The optional TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) displays tire pressure and temperature in real-time, providing quick alerts for abnormal pressure and low battery. It helps prevent flat tires and improves driving safety.

6.6 AI Voice Control

The unit supports AI voice control for various functions. The Pro Edition offers advanced commands for music, navigation, video, radio, Bluetooth, and screen control. Note: The Pro Edition AI Voice Control feature may require an additional purchase.

6.7 Gesture Touch Function

The unit supports intuitive gesture controls for common actions:

  • Back to Home: Swipe up in the middle 1/2 area of the screen with dual directions.
  • Mute: Slide down with two fingers in the middle 1/2 area of the screen.
  • Volume Increase: Slide up in two directions at 1/4 of the left and right sides of the screen.
  • Volume Reduction: Slide down with both fingers at 1/4 of the left and right sides of the screen.

7. User Tips

  • Verify Console Type: Always double-check your car's center console type (A or B) before purchasing to ensure compatibility and avoid ordering the wrong unit.
  • Online Radio Activation: Be aware that the online radio feature may require an additional activation code.
  • AI Voice Control Pro: The advanced AI Voice Control Pro features might require a separate purchase.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, consider the following:

  • No Power: Check all power connections and fuses. Ensure the power cable is correctly installed.
  • No Sound: Verify speaker connections and audio settings (DSP, EQ, 5.1 Channel). Check if any channels are muted.
  • Poor Radio Reception: Ensure the radio antenna is properly connected. Online radio requires a stable internet connection.
  • Bluetooth Connectivity Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both the unit and your device. Check the pair list and try re-pairing.
  • Carplay/Android Auto Not Connecting: Ensure your phone is compatible and connected via USB or Bluetooth as required. If using Bluetooth for Carplay/Android Auto, ensure Zlink is not conflicting with other Bluetooth connections.
  • Display Issues: Check day/night mode settings and brightness.
  • Incorrect Console Type: If you ordered the wrong console type (e.g., Type B instead of Type A), contact customer service for assistance.

9. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the screen and exterior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Software Updates: Periodically check for software updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
  • Cooling: Ensure the cooling fan is not obstructed to prevent overheating.
