8. Troubleshooting (FAQ)

Q1: What is the operating temperature of this unit and how to store it?

A: This unit uses a lithium polymer battery. The operating temperature range is -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F). If the ambient temperature is higher than 60°C/140°F, the internal construction of the battery cells may be damaged, causing it to swell and become unsafe. Therefore, do not store the device in a vehicle parked in hot weather for long periods of time.

Q2: What should I do if this unit can't start a vehicle?

A: Recharge this unit fully. Ensure the blue plug of the jumper cable is fully inserted. Connect the clamps correctly to the vehicle battery. If the LED indicator is flashing green (low voltage), press the "BOOST" button on the jumper cable. Once the LED indicator illuminates a steady green light, attempt to start the vehicle within 30 seconds. If it still does not work, please contact support@vtoman.com (attach your order ID).

Q3: What should I do if this unit can't charge up?

A: Charge it with a USB-C cable and a 5V/2A wall charger for a full overnight period. If it still does not work, please contact support@vtoman.com (attach your order ID).

Q4: What should I do if this unit can't charge other devices?

A: Try to charge the device with another charging cable. If it works, the provided charging cable may be defective, and we can provide a new one. If it still does not work, please email us at support@vtoman.com (attach your order ID).

Q5: Can this unit charge other devices while it is being charged?

A: Yes.

Q6: Can this product charge other devices while starting a vehicle?

A: No.

Q7: Why does it shut off in 30s when charging other devices?

A: This unit may shut off automatically when charging devices that need a light charging current (such as headphones, smartwatches) because there is a minimum load current limitation (200mA) on this unit. It will automatically turn off after 30 seconds if the load current is less than 200mA.
