Important: Charger and accessories are not water-resistant. Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent and might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet Armor 30 Pro. Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.
8. Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the device. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Water Exposure: If the device gets wet, ensure all ports are dry before charging.
- Temperature: Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures outside its operating range.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Graphene Iceberg Cooling
The Graphene Iceberg Cooling technology helps maintain optimal performance by reducing CPU and GPU temperatures. No specific user maintenance is required for this feature.

9. Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again.
- Network connectivity issues: Check your SIM card insertion. Verify with your carrier if the device's 5G frequencies are supported in your region.
- Slow performance: Close unnecessary background applications. Clear cache regularly.
- Screen unresponsive: Perform a force restart by holding the Power button for an extended period (usually 10-15 seconds).
Service Center App
For further assistance, the device includes a dedicated Service Center app. This app provides access to FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals. You can also use it to contact customer support.

10. User Tips
- Network Compatibility: The Armor 30 Pro 5G may not be compatible with all carriers, particularly in the US (e.g., AT&T, Cricket, Sprint, Verizon, Boost Mobile, Koodo, Telus Wireless, Fido). Always check supported 5G frequencies with your local carrier before purchase.
- Available Storage: The stated ROM amount is the maximum. The Android OS will occupy a portion of this, so the actual available storage will be less than advertised.
- Performance Testing: For accurate performance metrics, refer to information from standard benchmarks like AnTuTu. Do not rely on third-party apps like CPU-Z or other non-standard testing tools, as their accuracy and professionalism cannot be guaranteed.
- Unboxing Procedure: Upon receiving your device, it is highly recommended to record an unboxing video. This can be crucial evidence if any issues or discrepancies are found with the package contents.
- Charger Plug Type: When ordering, ensure you select the correct plug type (EU or US) for your region. No other plug specifications are available.
- Wireless Charging: Please note that the Ulefone Armor 30 Pro 5G does NOT support wireless charging.
11. Warranty and Support
11.1. Warranty Information
For non-human damage, Ulefone offers a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover accessories and batteries. The buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs for warranty claims.
11.2. Returns and Refunds
For any exchange or refund, the product must be in its original condition, including the box and all accessories. The buyer is responsible for the returning shipping cost.
11.3. Regional Versions
There is no difference in software or hardware between the European Union, Other Area, and Russian Area versions; they are designed to comply with relevant regional laws and regulations. Users should select the corresponding version based on their region. If the selected version is out of stock, another version may be provided, which will not affect usage.
