  • Smart Home Platform: This keypad is designed to work with Tuya Smart Home platforms. Ensure your hub is Tuya-compatible for seamless integration.
  • RFID Card Convenience: Utilize the RFID cards for quick and easy arming/disarming, especially when entering or exiting your property.

14. Troubleshooting

  • Keypad Not Responding: Check the battery level. Ensure the battery on/off switch (13) is in the 'on' position. If the power indicator flashes red, recharge the battery.
  • Pairing Issues with Hub: Verify that your security hub is correctly set to pairing/sniffer mode. Ensure the keypad is within the effective communication range (up to 80 meters without obstacles). Avoid mounting the keypad on metal surfaces, as this can interfere with RF signals.
  • Arming/Disarming Not Working: Double-check that you are entering the correct user or admin passcode. If using RFID tags, ensure they have been successfully paired with the keypad.
